Too much repetition about the 5 step process, not to the point, so much disappointment…, it just keeps on repeating too much

What a disappointment.
Half book you made a hype of 5 point system, and in the end it turn out to be aginey aunt coloum.Haven't got this much disappointed

Great read, excellent content
How we think effects everything including our physical and mental health and social well being. This book tells us how we can take charge of our thoughts by using neurocycling and how mind effects the physiology of brain and genetics. The science behind thoughts becoming habits and where and how thoughts are stored and how they develop. Great read for anyone looking for why and how to fix their thoughts and their life.
