I plugged it in and it did not work. I looked in Device Manager and it said the driver was not migrated. Figured I needed a new USB driver. Then I picked up the box and the instructions fell out. RTFM! It is working. I bought this for my company's new IP phone system. Hope it works! This thing is small! It is about 1 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Cord looks to be about 5 feet long.

Worked fine, but feels like a cheap toy

This may be the flimsiest device I've ever bought on Amazon. It's simply a USB speaker and mic in a flimsy, undersized housing

As others have said this is very very light - think toy telephone receiver with almost no weight - it's not a bad thing, it's just a little weird. In fact, the cord is actually heavier than the handset. Call quality is good, volume control is sort of a dial - it's actually a round toggle but it works well. Loud enough that I turned almost all the way down to use comfortably. It has a USB-A connector - so I bought A to C adapters to be able to use with my current set up. I added the adapter, plugged into the laptop and made a phone call within seconds. The thing I don't like is that it is technically a speaker so when I was on a call any alerts that popped up came through on the handset, but that happens with headphones too. There might be a setting that I can change for that but it's not a big deal. Overall, I would purchase again. Although it's brand new, so we'll see how long it lasts. For $43 I will be upset with anything less than a year. If it lasts longer, that will be great.

I like the size. The phone is better than using the head-set. Our phones do not ring every second of the day, so, we do not need the wired headphones all the time. It's too bad that the phone has become obsolete, we could use approx 20 right now.
