Good product.
This product, while I had it was very good. Unfortunately, it was in the custody of a friend and they allowed someone else to take it I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a start-up business. The screen quality, the size, the battery life and the keyboard functionality were all good.

Honest review: Lenovo Refurbished Laptop
I had very few expectations for this laptop, after all, it was bargain basement priced and refurbished. Wow, was I surprised. It is fast, looks exactly like new, and didn’t come bloated with extra software and garbage. It immediately connected to internet, functioned flawlessly and has had zero issues. Now it’s not a gaming computer, but for student use or home finance and internet surfing it is perfect. It’s also built a heck of a lot better than my old HP laptop, which was mostly all plastic. This has to be the laptop bargain of the year. I highly recommend this laptop. Oh, and shipping was lightning fast too!

just received my Lenovo ideapad 3 refurbished laptop. so far I am very satisfied with the stated quality and how it works. fast, great screen, and all features appear to be working well. when on a tight budget, refurbished items through amazon are a great buy!

Good For Student
Sent to an overseas family member who wanted a laptop with a bigger screen, so it wasn't for me and I couldn't spend more time with it or take pictures. I was also a bit hesitant in buying this as Amazon doesn't say what exact model of laptop this is, but I believe this is a Lenovo Ideapad 3i? If I'm correct, that laptop can cost up to $500 when not on sale. Compare that to this refurb around $250. A refurb Windows laptop at this price range in 2023 is a pretty good value. Anyways, the family member loved this laptop. This is not a low tier Windows laptop by any means. Expect it to handle multitasking for school and business tasks, but don't expect too much power for 3D apps or crystal clear audio from the speaker.

A good machine for the price.
This computer has only two USB-A ports and one USB-C. It has no ethernet ports unless you attach an adapter. But the machine is fast and I am very satisfied with it for the price. We used it with Microsoft Office to put on multiple PowerPoint presentations at a function the day after it arrived

Great little laptop
Bought this for one of our boys after his $900 laptop died (bad motherboard) after 2 years. What a great deal and perfect for his high school work. The size is small enough to easily carry in his backpack and large enough that he won't get eye strain! Impressed with the quality. Would not know it was refurbished - looks brand new. Runs Windows 11 and Office 360 without a problem. I've been in I.T. for a lot of years and dealt with most brands and IMHO would say Lenovo is probably one of the most consistent quality units. After this experience I won't hesitate to go refurbished again. Highly recommend.

Stopped working after 11 months
I bought this laptop almost a year ago this upcoming march 2025 and today is feb 2025. Around 7 months in i had to get the “screen fixed” atleast that is what was told to me at the shop because it randomly turned off while watching a youtube music video. Now i am 11 months in and a few days ago while having my laptop plugged up because it was about to die. It randomly stopped charging and it died and has yet to turn on. There are zero problems physically with the laptop and the charger was positioned the same when it the orange charging light stopped lighting up indicating it stopped charging. I have opened the mother board and cant find a single defect. From reading other reviews i learned this exact problem is common after a few months of having the laptop. I would say anyone who left a good comment hasn't hit their year mark yet. Because everyone else who has, has reported the laptop randomly shutting off. I guess it was worth the money since i needed it at the time for a job. But, now i don't have a job or laptop so there goes that money and income down the drain.
