Worst quality ! It’s became two pieces after putting hot tea

Cups r good but one broke from the bottom when I pour tea in it. So I don't know about the quality

The cups were great to look at ,good size, just what I expected but as soon as I put the tea in the cup it broke in half, so it is clear that quality is not good. I feel if I put tea in rest of the cup , it will breakI feel I should get refund on this item, please advise on what to do and how. I also feel this glass might be injurious to health

We paid Rs- 436/- but the MRP is Rs- 340/- including all taxes. We buy in the festival period also. I talked to customer care about this issue. Please see printed price on the photo attached.

Worthy. Still good after 5 years

Very poor quality . I had asked for a return. No cooperation from the other side . Despite my request at the customer service counter,the person came to collect when I was not at home. Absolutely no coordination in the team. Still waiting to return the product . The system of return is so complex that you hit a wall after making the first few moves
