The ball is hard and makes squeaky noise when used making me wonder how long it will last. Otherwise good size for medium areas MFR.

This could be the perfect ball, the yellow portions are great and have some sort of "grip" against walls or the floor, in contrast the black portion is super slippery so you have to be very careful when using this to not slide. Giving it 3 stars because I got these on discount. This could have been the best ball if those black parts weren't so slippery

Used this for massage after carpal tunnel release surgery and it was very helpful

I bought this for a yoga retreat. It was too hard and the spikes were untenable. NOT suitable for myofascial release IMHO.

Does the job at a reasonable price and made well!
