So this totally works, and solves a major problem with the Apple Watch chargers of today... namely that there is a usb type-c version that actually works and charges the Apple Watch. The official usb-c to usb-a adapters do not actually pass through power, so they do not charge the watch when connected to a MBP or newer type-c brick.I removed one star because while this product solves a major problem for me, the overall design could be better. It is a little big and bulky compared to the standard chargers. As other reviews have stated, there is a lever mechanism on it that does not really move out very far. That means that when it is on a nightstand, the screen is very hard to see, which makes that level not very useful. Anything I travel with could also stand to weigh less, however this is okay (not perfect) weight wise.

Purchased this for my office so I can charge my apple 3 watch. I use it everyday and have had no issues with it. Would recommend. Delivery was quick.

Seriously? Why would you sell a charging station for an Apple product with a weird USB-C cable? Admittedly there was a statement in the description indicating this but damn, I'm buying a product to charge my Apple product. It's not like this unit will work for anything other than an Apple Watch so why in the world would your cable not be the typical Apple approved charger. I'm very disappointed in this product. At the very least, they should have included an adapter.

It doesn’t come with a plug. Just a Class C USB.
