Great!
I have menorrhagia, extreme bleeding, which is normally only barely helped by the biggest period cups on the market and pads the size of an adult diaper. Menstrual discs are by far the best brakes I have come across, they significantly slow down things so I can get to the bathroom in time in the mornings and not cause a flood during a sneeze. The first 2 days of my cycle I always always have to wear night time pads in addition to absolutely anything I put 'up there' because it will definitely leak, but that's a me-problem and not a product-problem. On day 3++ they are enough on their own so I can stop wearing pads. (I manually fully empty when on toilet on day 3 to avoid leakage) Love that they partially empty themselves when I go toilet so I don't have to empty manually every time, like I would have to do with a suction reliant device like a cup. I have used a different brand of disposable discs before and really loved those too, the only real difference would be that these have a slightly softer ring so I don't notice ANY discomfort on my bladder or urinary tract. I find them easy to both insert and take out, just hook a finger on the ring in the front and pull out. Compared to a tampon these things are a godsend; not once have I felt the occasional grueling pain of pulling an xxl tampon out, and not ever have I been worried about toxic shock or been grossed out about where that moist string has drifted off to. I wouldn't use a tampon again if I was paid to do so. These discs aren't exactly cheap, but I make a box last about a year with only using one disc per period, so I get a lot of value out of one pack. I have previously had a reusable disc that worked just as well, only issue was that I really didn't feel like I managed to get it properly cleaned between uses so it got discoloured, and I didn't want to carry it around in my bag as it was in a fairly large bright silicone case. The disposable one I can keep in my bag as they are quite small and don't really stand out. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Game changer
I only use period underwear but wanted something hassle free while traveling. I was nervous after a bad experience with a cup but I tried it out today on my heaviest flow day and I'm so impressed. Inserts and removes so easily and zero leakage.

Can’t believe how amazing these are!
I think this is probably the first review I have ever posted on a product I have brought, but tried these and they are too good to not review. So simple to insert, I actually found it easy than tampons. It was comfortable as soon as it was inserted, never felt it and never leaked. I managed to keep mine in for 7 hours with a heavy flow, and quite a bit of exercise without it leaking. I suppose they are like tampons you eventually learn the length of duration as you go. It leaked a tiny bit after the 7 hours which was obviously a sign to change, but I always wear either a pad or liner anyway:l. Removal was a lot messier than tampons, however nothing major. I’m definitely moving onto these from now on and going to look at a reuse-able one. 100/10!!

Very big and very expensive.
The product is very large and it would be great if they came in a range of sizes, had problems with it slipping down and had to alter how I insert which makes insertion more difficult and definitely a 2 handed job. I ordered the disposables before I went for a more expensive reusable, but after doing some research I wish I'd have gone for that first, would have saved me a lot of money in the long run, reusables come in a range of sizes and obviously you only need the one purchase (provided it's the right fit for your body), this is a lot of money to spend on something you are going to throw away, you might as well stick to the usual disposable tampons and pads. It's also quite messy to remove so make sure you're comfortable with your own bodily fluids. Other than some troubleshooting and size issues this has been an ok product, a few leaks (again due to size) they're very comfortable once in but I kept having the feeling that it was slipping so had to wear a liner for extra protection. Personally, I would recommend spending the extra few quid on a reusable, just make sure you try to get a good measure of your inner body before you order (although I believe the nixit has a satisfaction guarantee offer but check it out first to make sure). On a positive note, if you do get the softdiscs right you can have mess free period sex, which is a bonus for many women.

Game changer if a tad smaller
*TMI* There must be different sizes surely?? I've watched video after video, followed 100 times step by step & I still can't get it in properly. I can feel it click into place behind the cervix but when it comes to clipping up onto my pelvic bone it just won't clip on, it's just to large for me. Would be awesome if there was a smaller one for the UK as I can see it being a real game changer for women, I would buy on repeat like FOREVER! Tbh I'm absolutely gutted as most my lady friends have no issues just us small cavity chicks 😆 Please make a smaller version 😭

Pretty good.
I have found this much nicer to use than other menstrual cups. Easy to put in, easy to take out. Sometimes still leaks but I have had that issue with literally every single type of menstrual product so maybe my Foofy is just canaverous now and there’s no hope (I have 4 kids). Tried it during sex and whilst most of the time he couldn’t feel it, sometimes he could. Also it appeared to move and so things got a little messy. I’m also writing a letter of apology to the hotel staff who had to clean up after us. In general I like these, even if they don’t work for period sex (maybe they’re better at the lighter time) they are very good for comfort and general use. Would use again.

Great product but horrific rip off price
Great product but horrific rip off price.... if you buy these the next packet will be even more expensive.... Get a moon cup or similar. Sadly, commercial greed has taken over the basic (and should be affordable) sanitary protection for women. I bought my last box for £17.... it will be my last as I'm not even sure Flex (company who took over Instead) produce them anymore.

They work, but not for everyone
So I've been using these for 20 years now, they used to be called instead in the States. I rarely encounter leaks, they're comfortable, you can have sex with them in. I have tried other cups but struggle to find any that work as well as these, other cups are harder to get out, which is a little scary, these are not difficult and I find them super easy to deal with. With that said, I've recommended them to friends and rarely have they worked for them, so it's about finding the product that works for you, with that said these are amazing if they work for you so worth trying.

Love it
Only thing I can wear. To bad it’s so expensive i Sweden 🤷🏻♀️ Remember to push it in like a record, not up like a tampon. Weird to think like that the first time but it works. 🙃 Just pushing it in like a record, back to you butt, if you understand what I mean. 😅👍

Poi gettata a fine giornata. Se non fosse per il costo alto... Ottimo prodotto!
