I use this natural product as a diuretic which really helps. The seeds are covered in boiling water and left to cool down. I drink the cold liquid with the seeds removed. The flavour isn't brilliant, but it has improved my skin condition as well. For me this works on both levels...recommended!

Great, really good value for money

Bought for skin benefits and hair care - made my own hair conditioner for 4a/b/c hair and my hair ate it up!! I also make fenugreek tea by rinsing & boiling the seeds for 20+ mins, the after taste is not great but it’s to be expected. I highly recommend

I soak the seeds overnight and drink the water and eat the seeds. These seeds (half of them) were still hard and did not absorb the water. This has never happened with whichever other brands used.
