Wonderful Improvement for My Dog's Ambulation
This Naraquin made a significant difference for my older Great Dane. I gave him 1-1/2 tablets each morning (coated in a little peanut butter because of fussy eating habits). Before these, he was walking very carefully and his back legs had started to collapse a little at times, but the Naraquin made a great difference. Within a few days I noticed greater easy with ambulating up and down the stairs going outside and also greater mobility with walking and even running a bit. He seemed to be more comfortable and much more like his old self. I'm not sure about him, but my anxiety sure improved seeing him once Naraquin became a daily regime. Just be sure to check with your dog's Vet beforehand.

Saw improvements got my cat
My cat has kidney disease. This product was recommended by my vet for my boy. In the past 3 months his values have improved at 1/2 capsules 2 times a day. It was increased to 1 full twice day. Hoping for even better results. It smells awful so don't heat it with good. Add it after.

Happy little pup
My elderly dog has cushings and I am helping her as natural as I can. She is little so I open the pill and put on food, the remainder I rub into bread. Only been about 30 days and seems to be helping, got back from 10 hour car ride and did great, finger crossed

Nutramax Lab. NARAQUIN
This is a quality supplement that is helping our senior cat. It came packaged nicely, sealed and there plenty of time to use before expiration. It's less expensive than what you would pay at the veterinarian.

Helping my 12 year boxer
My 12 year old boxer dog has kidney disease, I started her on this recently, along with other supplements, including the welactin omega3s and Purina probiotic that were recommended by her vet. She has been on the KD prescription diet for a long time. But now she she seems to have more energy and has less urinary accidents and vomiting incidents. I have been adding a couple spoonfuls of canned pumpkin and have been mixing her supplements in with the pumpkin. And she eats it up, no problem. I was reading canned pumpkin is good for dogs with kidney disease, so far everything seems to be helping. I haven't had a lab test but she looks better and seems to have more energy. So far I am happy with it.

Horrible huge size, smell and taste
This is about the only medication my dog can take to help with her kidneys! Unfortunately the pill is huge and she is small! On top of that the smell and taste is the worst! She has gotten to the point there is no way she will take it no matter what we do! Why don't they make a pill that is not a horse pill size and one that is tolerated by pets! She may be old but she can still smell just fine! I see others have had the same issue! Do better!! The fact my dog won't take this will probably end her life!

Great phosphate binder for my kidney-diseased cat
This phosphate binder was great for my kidney-diseased cat. I don't feed my cat a prescription diet, as I don't believe cats should be on low protein diet, until stage 4 (my cat is between stage 2 and 3), as cats are still carnivores, and the prescription food is low and poor quality protein. I try and get my cat to eat as much wet, canned food as possible, with extra water added, but it does have 0.68% dry-matter phosphorous, which is relatively low. After a few months, he didnt want to eat the food anymore - I was worried his kidneys had gotten worse. After I added this phosphate binder, he started eating 2x as much, so back to his normal quantity and gained weight. I started out slow in adding this to the food, as cats can be sensitive to changes to their routine. Now, I give half of the powder in each capsule for every 2.75 ounces of wet food. This phosphate binder does contain fish, so if your cat doesn't like fish, you might not be able to add much (my hairdressers cat is like this), but luckily, my cat does like fish. ๐
