Does this enclosure support the samsung 980 pro pcie® 4.0 nvme™ ssd? please only maiwo sellers only!

Yes, this dual bay M.2 NVMe duplicator supports Samsung 980 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD.

Can you let me know if this will work with the following item? APOLLO S3 1TB MAC SSD (NVME PCIE GEN3X4) COMPATIBLE FOR MACBOOK AIR 11 & 13" A1466

Apple soldered a socket for the SSD that was just-slightly narrower than normal, on many of their Macs. I don't know if the 1TB that fits your A1466 is going to fit this Dual Bay, that is normal size sockets.

Hello, this adapter supports ssd from toshiba and owc brands?

If it's the 12+16 Pin Flash HD, then yes.

So are you supposed to put the copper thermal pad *on top* of the regular thermal pad on top of the NVMe like a sandwich?

Yes, put the silicone one on top of SSD, and then put the copper one on top of silicone thermal pad.
