Very firm , good product for the price . Could use a teeny bit more cushion but it does the job .

Highly recommend!
This Cervical Collar is just perfect. It sorts out my CCI symptoms and supports the neck and head. Slightly stiff and uncomfortable at the chi. until you break in to it, but eventually settles in. I'd buy another one of this as a spare. Highly recommend!
