Flavor is good, dissolves well and has a good amount of protein. the sprinkles are crunchy so just be aware of that if you don't like crunch. A good value for the money!

Not once in my life have I ever been arsed to write a review of protein powder. Ain't nobody got time for that. But the world needs to know how obnoxiously awesome this stuff is. I have never tasted a better protein powder. I mix it with greek yogurt for a maximum gainz nightcap and I might as well be eating a bowl of cake batter. 11/10 I will never be caught without several tubs of this in my pantry!

This protein powder smells really good! It also taste pretty good/alright until that sucralose after taste hits you, then it is unbearable. So I chug it (which is made more difficult by the sprinkles in it) and try to eat something else more appetizing with a stronger flavor immediately after. I really wish it didn't have sucralose and used either real sugar or a decent tasting sugar alternative like coconut sugar or something but not stevia. I don't understand why most of these supplement brands insists on using sucralose and stevia in their products. I don't understand how people can drink the stuff. And I'm not such a dramatic person, but whenever I'm about to drink it I get this really bad and reluctant feeling. I tried to get my money's worth out of it and drank it until I ordered and received a different protein powder.

When I fist received the shake I made it with water in my blender. That was a bad idea, at least for me. I did not enjoy the taste and after a few minutes the shake separated. There was white foam on top and grey water with sprinkles on the bottom. It did not look or taste appealing. The next day I made the shake using almond milk in my blender. There was no separation and it taste great. My husband made one with milk and said that it tasted great. I wish they would make this in yellow cake batter flavor as well.

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, and this one really stands out — the flavor is so good that it actually makes me look forward to drinking it. No weird aftertaste, no chalky texture — just smooth, clean, and easy to mix. It’s helped me hit my protein goals without feeling like a chore, especially on days when I’m short on time or just not super hungry. Whether I blend it into a smoothie or just shake it with water or milk, it tastes great either way. I enjoy the flavor of this protein powder, I like the Macros but I will say I don't like the "sprinkles" in this, I don't want crunchy bits when I'm doing a shake and go. Not such a big deal when blending but when doing a quicker shaker shake, it ruins the taste.

Price is competitive, flavor is great considering is a protein shake, and macros are the best part. 50g of protein and 240 calories if you double scoop? Can't beat that.

So far I really enjoy this protein powder. I can’t eat cake anymore due to gluten intolerance and I’m trying to eat healthier, so this was my natural choice. It tastes great… I was actually surprised how much I liked it since I’ve had bad results with protein powders in the past—I usually stick with chocolate. I’m glad I took the chance on this one.
