Very bad quality

Complete waste of $2.99. Bought at Christmas tree shop. Took it out of package. Put handle together and it broke. The washing pad on it is about as thin as toilet paper. The head is supposed to swivel but all it does is fall off. Imo this is a useless piece of junk.
