what climate does it need?

In climate zones 9-11 they can be grown outdoors year round although they can become invasive so be aware of where you sow your seeds; any climate zone colder than 9 can be grown as an annual outdoors (or simply brought indoors for winter). They should tolerate average indoor room temperatures fine, just be sure to use soil which drains well that doesn't compact easily and have it where it can get lots of light with some direct sunlight.

What does it mean by touch sensitive?

Do I plant them in normal soil in a small pot? How many seeds per pot do I plant? How far down into the soil do I plant them?

I put mine in regular organic soil in a small 4 " pot. Per 5 seeds evenly spaced Ill usually get one that grows. they are pain to grow. I put them about 1/2 cm into the soil. They like humidity but dont over water. once a week is good. if its not doing well put a clear plastic bag over it for a few days ( like proudce bags from the store )

How would these grow in Florida climate?

These grow without effort. I pull all of my plants out yearly because it gets very tall and thorny. They come back every year due to seedlings. You can grow these without any effort whatsoever, and I live in Florida.
