Wonderful substitute for coffee when you need an energy pick-up drink
I have become addicted to these Hydration drinks with added energy, and often use them in place of coffee. This Mango Tamarind is a very enjoyable flavor, and I keep several of them in my pack as one of my choices.

Powder can be dissolved well.
Soooo.... first time trying liquid IV, and its not bad. The first initial taste I would never get use to because of the saltiness but other than that the flavor is good. At first I was pouring water then powder but the powder would clump together and not dissolve. So, I decided to pour powder and then water while using my frother and it works well and mixes well. will buy again.

Good Energy drink.
Good energy drink packet to mid with water. Tastes good. Higher in sodium I'm sure to maintain water. Many electrolytes and seemed to mix well with the water.

Very refreshing after yard work
Tastes great ! I like to cut my own grass and pull weeds. I work up a good sweat in a safe environment at home. I first found this supplement from a YouTuber who said it was great for hangover recovery. I don’t drink alcohol but I can say it works a lot faster than plain tap water. I just need half a stick to do the job.

Gave me energy and hydration. I feel so much better after taking this. I am not a fan of the taste, but most foods/ beverages that are good for you don’t taste great.

Taste like guava
Has a faint taste of mango....more like tamerand and tropical flavors.
