iPhone 14+ pro max. Incredible price. I was wary buying a used phone, but turned out to be absolutely excellent. Not a mark on it. Screen and the rest of the phone as new. Works exactly as it should. Only disappointment was the charging cable that came with it, stopped working after a week, but that was no big problem. Very happy with a great phone for an exceptional price.

I might have given MINUS stars if there is an option as I am really disappointed. We purchased this refurbished phone listed in “Excellent Condition”, expecting it to function like a well-tested device. While the phone looks fine externally, serious functional issues appeared shortly after use. We are experiencing microphone and speaker problems that significantly affect call quality. Calls are often unclear, and the audio performance is noticeably poor. For context, an older iPhone 13 we own performs much better in the same scenarios, which was surprising given the condition this phone was advertised under. Based on our experience, it seems the refurbishment may have focused primarily on cosmetic appearance rather than thorough internal testing. The issues were not immediately obvious at first glance but became clear during everyday use. I recommend carefully testing all core functions (especially audio) as soon as you receive the device, as the condition may not fully reflect long-term performance.

I was so dubious about buying a reconditioned phone. So many bad reviews. However my daughter really wanted the iPhone 14 pro max for Christmas so I reluctantly bought for her. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condition of the phone received. It is in perfect condition, zero scuffs and scratches . She been constantly on it watching netflix and youtube and chatting with friends and the battery has lasted over a day. It's exactly like a brand new phone as far as I can tell. She's over the moon with it . Cute little touch adding the sweets in the box.... I had those! All I can say is do your research. And don't opt for a lesser condition. Always go for the top grade.

it’s really good quality came in excellent condition, phone itself is clean, scratch free and looks brand new. connected to my other phone well and downloaded everything promptly. feels just like a brand new phone out the shop. however the protection and safety of the phone isn’t great. it came in a tight wrapped box with no bubble wrap. actual protector for the phone so if it was dropped or broken it was just in an open box. so the protection definitely needs to be there as it’s an expensive item and fragile. my second issue is the battery life has arrived with 85% usually refurbished phones are over 93% especially in excellent or pristine condition therefore they probably aren’t getting new batteries. overall the phone itself works well doesn’t overheat quickly and looks good. i’ve only had it for a day so far
