This was for my kids 8th birthday, he loves it. For as many hands it passed through to get to us, no damages. It even came 3 days earlier than the delivery date.

My 12 year old son loves it. He's outgrown his old scooter and a new one that is larger, sturdy and reasonably prices was difficult. I am glad I found this one. HE is very happy with his new scooter now.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this scooter and, even more so, with how the company handled the situation. My son used this scooter for only about a month before the metal around the handlebar/axle failed, leaving the scooter essentially unusable. A $190 scooter should absolutely last longer than a month with normal use. I missed the return window by only three days, and the only solution I was offered was a 30% refund with no replacement parts or reasonable option to repair the scooter. That leaves me out $150 dollars for a product that failed after just a few weeks. I was told the handlebar screw wasn’t tightened properly, but it was definitely tightened. Regardless, the fact that the handlebar is secured in a way that allows the metal to fail this easily is a serious quality issue. For a scooter at this price point, I would expect the handlebar assembly to be properly reinforced not dependent on a single screw and a piece of metal that can’t withstand normal use. I’m extremely unhappy with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer support when it failed. I would not recommend this scooter, and I will absolutely not purchase another scooter from this brand.
