The instruction for attaching the lanyard to the call button is not clear, is there a video?

It has 2 receivers. I like the product. One of the buttons was not working, but I kept the item anyway. I think it works great for our circumstance.

how do i pair? not in instructions. what is 're-pairing'. fixing 'only one pager ringing portablereceiver'.

To re-pair is to PAIR again. Depending on your device, just hold the musical note icon on the side of the receiver for a few seconds and click on the red button until the ring makes an initial sound. Then click on the red button a few seconds later to make sure it PAIRED. Other units state to hold the volume button for a few seconds and click on the red button. This product is not really user-friendly. One has to guess and play for a bit to PAIR.

Looking for voice activated caller in case of falls

This one only has a button to push. Not voice activated at all.
