The Lavvon Barbell Squat Pad quality for an inexpensive squat pad. I had one of the pads that are held on by a couple of straps (not the Velcro flaps that this pad has) and it was just a hassle to deal with it. But the Lavvon pad has Velcro flaps that hold well. Also, this squat pad has held up well so far. I'm pleased with the purchase.
