I have been using wrist braces to help with minor wrist pain. I was not expecting much from this product. It's big and looks ridiculous but it worked for my minor discomfort. I am able to use this without a brace. I really like the non slip bottom of this. Once I removed the cover I set it down and it's set. It does not move around causing me to constantly readjust. This has worked for me.
