Easy assembly with provided mallet and quite rigid. Excellent value for money

Needed this for my mancave, a workbench to tinker with desktop PCs and also store a lot of computer stuff. It wasn't the easiest to put together as pieces are not marked and of course a standard poor manual. To be fair though I'm quite bad with putting together flatpacks so it probably more easier for the average buyer. Once put together I found it to be quite sturdy even though the wood panels could have been a bit better. I certainly wouldn't think of it as heavy duty but it doesn't matter for what I need it for. However, the price is great and I think it's definitely worth the money but you will most certainly find better if you're willing to pay more. I think it's good and am a happy chappy!

Highly recommended, as it was difficult to find OOTB shelving unit for the required dimensions to fit in my garden store. This one matched exactly and I can adjust the level of shelves as needed. All good, simple assembly although best to do it with two people. Require rubber mallet (or hammer but it can the scratch the paint). Good value for money, but instruction could be written/designed better, as it is not so straight forward. It needs to pay attention for orientation of vertical supports, as well as equal levelling of beams. Also the central beams could have a better fixing system, as you need to hammer it hard to make it flat in level with the rest of beams. It was helpful to measure the desire heights of the first and second shelves and mark them up with a white marker near the holes, to avoid double checking each time you drop it and to avoid mistake. I used it inside the garden store, and I could not place bottom plywood on the support without unmounting one of top short beams. Not sure if plywood is suitable for external storage, but I will try maybe to paint it with varnish and in future to replace with aluminum or galvanised steel sheets when needed.

Easily put together by me, on my own, in 15 minutes. Sturdy design and the shelves are thick with no chance of warping in a hurry.

Seems a sturdy bench, my only gripe is the top although a decent thickness I'm changing to 18mm plywood for extra worktop strength and put the original top on the bottom to strengthen the lower shelf but for the price seems very good and would buy again. Very happy with my purchase.

Happy with item. Easy to put together. Mdf is very thin so will probably need to replace with 18mm ply. For the price it’s fine. Wish it cost a bit more and had better top and shelf. Would recommend on a budget.Will not hold up to a vice being added to mdf as barely 1cm.Great little work bench, just add to shelf / top thickness.
