My dentist actually recommended Sensodyne when I told him my teeth are sensitive to cold. I basically can’t eat ice cream because it hurts my teeth. I got this 3-pack and it definitely has helped. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle product that completely nullifies the effects of cold on my teeth, but it has helped enough to make eating ice cream tolerable. I also like the satisfying screw top more than the flip top on my previous toothpastes (I used to be a Crest Pro guy). It’s less prone to getting gunked up. And the flavor is just fine for me. It has a tiny bit more of a baking soda-y taste to it but I don’t mind it as I don’t like the overly sweet mint of other brands. It leaves my mouth tasting minty fresh and nice, which is the important thing.
