Being clueless about Airbnb hosting I needed a book with all the information required to get started. I bought several, just to be sure. I needn't have bothered buying the others. This was by FAR the best. I read it twice, then referred to various parts from time to time and it proved invaluable. The information is all there, it's written extremely well, holds the reader's interest and covers all aspects of hosting your pad without any wasted time. I followed this book virtually to the letter, listed my pad for the very first time one Saturday afternoon at 4pm and by 7pm I had $2000 worth of reservations. Within two weeks my pad was virtually fully booked for 6 months! So, you can imagine how highly I regard this invaluable Airbnb "bible". Don't think twice about ordering it, you won't be disappointed. It's definitely a God-send to any prospective Airbnb host!

For the first time I actually feel confident about renting out and making a profit from my flat. I've always had questions and concerns and not really known how to go about with it or get started apart from just getting in touch with real estate agents but knew Airbnb was the best way to go given my lifestyle. A must read for anyone who wants to know the tips, tricks and long term solution for renting out their pad whilst making a healthy income from it. Also, the podcasts are gold. All in all very educational and entertaining. Looking forward to future products.

As far as most books like this go, it's a super easy and fun read. I blazed through it in a day, but plan to go over it again in detail as I build my listing and my business. It has given me the inspiration to push forward with this business. Thanks guys, it's awesome!

I'm new to Airbnb (started hosting July 2014) and, while I'm pleasantly surprised at the level of bookings I have for a new listing, I know that there is more I can do. This ebook gives me plenty of information. I want to reread and digest it before I start changing the information in my listing but it all makes sense. Read, learn, improve, profit!

This book provided an excellent start for those new to Airbnb and also plenty of tips for established hosts. The author writes in an easy, engaging style with plenty of anecdotes and advice. Note the section on tax covers the US system.

If you're serious about letting your property on Airbnb, reading this should be on the top, middle, and bottom of your list of things to do. Many business books cover just basics or principles and trying to find the practical ways to apply them is not always possible or readily apparent. Get Paid for Your Pad shuns that trend and digs right into the nitty gritty. Everything you need to know is covered. I've been renting 4 properties on airbnb for around 2 years now so consider myself a somewhat seasoned vet of the airbnb rental market. When this book was recommended to me, my initial thought was that there would be little to gain from reading it. I was wrong and I'm pleased about that. Having begun implementing a number of the lessons delivered, i've seen an incredible increase in revenue of 21% in the past month. 5 stars for a truly fantastic product.

Nice book, although written with an American slant its still full of great advice and information.

This is an exciting account of how Jasper, a highly paid trader, jacked in his stressful job, changed his lifestyle and enjoyed a life of luxury globe trotting by utilising AirBnB with his Dutch apartment. The book is full of practical tips about how you can do this too. A must read.

Downloaded this book at the recommendation of a friend, and it's been a huge help. It helps you understand the way AirBnB works in detail, so you can get the most for your listing. It led me through the process of getting AirBnB set up and getting those first customers and reviews. The book is also very well written, Jasper has an easy to understand style, and he does a good job of explaining the economics of earning more on AirBnB without sounding too academic or complicated. Update: After applying what I learned from this book in late November, I got my first rental Dec 1st, and made $800 over the holiday season. Not bad!

I have a few friends who have rented on Airbnb with some solid success. It is a real way to make some solid side income, and in some cases, a full salary. It's so cool to know that this option is out there, especially for people who are struggling financially. This book tells you everything you need to know to run an Airbnb business successfully. It is does not miss a thing. I loved it.

They also cleared many doubts or worries about properties safely issues which particularly useful for those who are planning to host on AIrbnb. It is always been a tough choice in life between letting go comforts or facing the unknown in order to achieve a passionated life. The courage he did put it into action as well as his enthusiasm on achieving the most are really something worth to admire. It absolutely gives colours to this book. No matter it is a well-established host or a completely newbie to AIrbnb, this is definitely the one to go! I enjoyed reading it very much and will recommend for people who strive on living a passionate life!
