I have a history of plantar fasciitis and usually stretching takes care of it until heel pain set in a year or so ago. I purchased new shoes, sandals and slippers in the hopes of relief. The sandals made a difference, but slippers and shoes for the cooler months were not so comfortable, even those advertised as being made for folks with plantar fasciitis. I found T-75 insert reviews on Amazon and couldn't believe what I was reading, that folks felt immediate or significant relief in a brief period of time. My experience after receiving my new pair of T-75 inserts earlier this week was the same. My feet felt immediate relief. Some pain still exists, but I'm able to walk more like myself and without the stabbing pain in my heels. SO happy! I'll be purchasing another pair of size 8.5-9 inserts (my slightly wide foot size is 9). They fit perfectly.

I've broken both my ankles and can't wear the squishy cloud supports. These are supportive and helped tremendously when I was working doubles regularly and had plantar fascitis.

These have helped me with chronic back pain to some degree. They are better than the $20 kind you can buy at the drug store, and they do provide a fairly good level of stability, but I'm not quite sure they're worth the money.

But glad I took the plunge and ordered. I have Psoriatic arthritis and have a hard time with any shoes. Constant pain in my ankles and feet. I thought I would try these to see how they work. I can say after a week wearing them everyday in my tennis shows. I can tell the pain is different now and has lessened. I will more than likely purchase others for other shoes in different thickness. I have been wearing Chaco's for years and they are very ridged but have great arch support. I think this is the a sister company

Not enough arch support

I work in retail and am always on my feet. I struggle with shoes that I can wear. This just made my life easier. I can wear my shoes now and the pain is so much better. Amazing difference and can’t believe I waited so long. I bought a pair for my tennis shoes and another for my casual dress. Amazing difference in both. Very happy😃.

Started wearing these after my knee replacement because I was having muscle pain. Once these were in my shoes, no more pain. They stay in place, easy to move from shoe to shoe.
