So far this product seems to do what it's supposed to do, but the bottle was short a capsule. At this price I can't afford to be short any. Otherwise fast, next-day delivery and a good product.

May not be as good as the liquid that the same brand makes, but it is far cheaper. Been using ginseng on and off for the past 50 years.

I have taken ginseng products in the past however this one does what it promotes on its label, it is very potent as I can feel the effects throughout the day and it doesn't leave you with any jitters! I will be ordering this one to use again as it is in capsule form and very easy to swallow.

Make sure you read the label in the back unlike me I just went by reading the reviews. Carrageenan causes colon cancer Palm oil, however, is 50% saturated fat and contains 7 grams of saturated fat per tablespoon. That type of fat has been linked with inflammation, diabetes, heart disease and gastrointestinal problems.So if this product is good for you why does it cause all of this ? Do your research prior to buying this product.m

These had the opposite effect , did not give me any more energy or make me more alert in any way , I felt drowsy and dopey all day and in a daze until the following morning , after 3 days I had had enough of feeling drowsy , stopped taking them and back to feeling as I did before . Waste of time and money in my case .

I am happy I purchased these as it seems that since I started taking them I have more energy. I usually take it in the morning and it helps with the afternoon tiredness. Good size, easy to swallow.
