This iiquid tastes good--I add it to yogurt in the morning. It is PLANT BASED, which I need because I have allergies to various fish, so I do not want to take any chances, and this allows me to have my Omegas without fish. I also have problems swallowing pills lately, so the liquid makes it easy to get my vitamins and minerals. Good value, Must be refrigerated.

I have tried numerous supplements to augment my Omega 3/6/9 intake and they all were, well lets be honest, they were pretty disgusting smelling and tasting. As a vegetarian you have choices to make on where you have no choice but to compromise and consuming fish oil has often been that compromise if you want to get essential nutrients for your health. Enter Bold Botanica's Ahiflower Oil. After I heard about this I did some research on Ahiflower and the back story is fascinating. But as fascinating as the back story is, the fact that this a non-GMO, sustainable source of Omega 3/6/9 with a higher quantity, well balanced ratio of these 3 Omega Oils makes this product all the more amazing. But as amazing as the nutritional facts about it are, the bigger question was, How does it taste? I got the bottle and opened it and gave it the sniff test and it had a light citrusy smell to it. Good sign that it might taste okay. Next step was to take a teaspoon full of it, yes I am a brave soul. It was actually very pleasant tasting. Just as it had a light citrusy smell it also had that same light refreshing citrusy taste to it. I honestly can't place what citrus flavor it brings to mind, as it is faint but very pleasant. I have not been taking it that long and hesitate to make outrageous claims, however the weekend after I started taking it I found my focus improved. Normally I have a hard time focusing on homework for very long. This past weekend I spent countless hours at a stretch doing homework and not growing mentally fatigued of the topic of the effort. If this "effect" persists I will have only the addition of the Ahiflower Oil to my diet to attribute to the change. I am sold and will keep this constantly stocked in my cabinet.

I cannot tell whether this product works, but since it is plant-based, that is a plus. More than one bottle is probably needed to see its benefits

I’ve been a Bold super fan for sometime now and was super excited to see this latest drop. I’ve been using this consistently since it arrived. First, let me say the flavor is amazing. Similar to Bold’s D3, it has a pleasant orange flavor and has been super easy to add to my Bold regimen. I simply take a teaspoon full every morning. So,what have I noticed so far? This product has made such a difference in my skin. It is glowing!! Additionally, my joints feel amazing. I can’t wait to see what long-term use of this product will do for me. This Bold product will always stay on my shelf.

I was recently turned onto Ahiflower as an omega oil. There are some really cool studies showing how great it is for the immune system and to battle inflammation. I love that it is vegetarian and sustainable too.As usual with Bold Botanica, everything seems high quality and fresh. It also tastes great as opposed to other omega oils I have tried. And I love the company's mission which includes planting a tree for every bottle they sell.So happy I found this product!

I’ve tried multiple omega supplements for my little, and they didn’t like any of the gummies out there-whether it was plant based or fish based oils. This one finally took thank goodness. It might cost more than your average fish gummies, but as long as my little keeps taking it, I’ll buy it!

Stinks like fish. Stay away.

I just have to say - WOW! I hate swallowing so many pills to get a therapeutic dose of Omega 3's and both flax and fish oil taste so horrible to me and my family. This oil tastes completely amazing! Its slightly sweet with a hint of citrus and the family loves it. I also like that it has some organic MCT oil in it, this product will be on hand in our house at all times.
