It seems you'll need a good nutrition routine to see the effects of this product, and am unsure as to whether this is effective. It certainly had an effect on my body and my energy when I took it, but there aren't obviously measurable effects to my physique because I also completed workout routines and ate well, so the outcomes could've been seen without the product.I think other reviewers who're positive here see results because of placebo effects etc, but this also doesn't mean it doesn't work. I would recommend it's researched and used in conjunction with a good diet and routine, otherwise it'll just be another thing you use...
