I like these a lot. I first started buying them at Costco but I think they are even cheaper here. The bottle says they DO NOT need to be refrigerated so I keep the bottle out on the table. I don’t have any problem digesting them. I do take them first thing on an empty stomach.

These probiotic are very effective I had stopped taking them for a couple of months and I became very constipated, I started taking them again and no more constipation. I take a couple of these every morning before I eat breakfast.
