This is perfect for my outward-opening bay windows, I was concerned with how far out my windows could open and this is a great solution. The adhesive sticker is very secure and the company provides two alcohol cleansing wipes, just wipe the area and leave it for 5 minutes to dry and the stick the adhesive on, works like a charm. No need for me to use the screws however a good backup option is the sticker is to get loose. It's high quality and appears very sturdy, straightforward to apply, couldn't be easier. I'm very pleased and well worth the price!

Great value especially for toddlers who could open a window or door alone. We didn’t use the sticky pads as I wasn’t confident they would hold if pushed or lent against so we used screws which was so much better and safer.easy to fit, quality item, does the job well, so far they have stayed in place as expected. So I didn’t buy these for child safety so can’t comment on that but I bought it to prevent my cat getting out the window but so I was able to have them open slightly. They stick very very well to the PVC. I haven’t used the screws as I didn’t need it but it’s nice that it comes with a bit of extra security. Would recommend.

Works perfectly. Set up to protect my cats from opening the windows. Used the sticker version and sticks really well to both pvc and wall.
