Not very flavorful
This is based on my and my wife's personal taste. I know tastes vary, but i found these curds to be very salty, a little hard in consistency (not very chewy, more crumbly), and not very flavorful. I would not buy these again.

Not fresh curds
The product tasted like regular cheddar had to heat up a bit to try to get a different taste. In addition no squeak at all . Definitely could tell that it was stored in a different location for a while waiting to be packaged before shipping out
