Does the job
Perfect for sous vide. You can wrap your feed and secure it with the clips, or simply drape it over the food to weigh it down. Doesn't rust, and you can just let it air dry before storing and using it again. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect Results, Very Easy to Use
This is my first sous vide machine, and I chose Inkbird because I trust the brand. Itโs incredibly easy to use, well built, and very intuitive. The Wi-Fi app works perfectly and makes control effortless, and the presets make cooking a perfect medium-rare steak unbelievably easy. A fantastic addition to any kitchen.

Value for money
Been using this for about a month now. Not very heavy use its for a single person and about 3-4 times a week of use. In fact I now do all my cooking souse vide. TBH I had originally ordered the more expensive and popular anova which didn't get delivered, twice! I'm kind of glad as the next with good reviews was this Inkbird. Almost half the price and delivered in a day. I find it very user-friendly and the app is very easy to use too. The settings can be adjusted on the unit itself which is convenient. During my use I realised the clip on system is very convenient and easy and much quicker I would think than the bolt system on the more expensive make. The temperature is well maintained and circulator does what its intended to do. I don't have a thermometer to measure the water temp against what the unit is showing. I use it with a Lipavi container, therefore I'm unable to say how this will fit or work with saucepans etc. I'm completely satisfied with this unit real value for money and souse vide cooking is a game changer. Time will tell as to the long lasting quality of the unit.
