How much of this toothpaste do I put on the toothbrush please

I put about 1cm on the brush and use this for one side then repeat the same amount for the other side (I have a springer spaniel). I have been using this toothpaste for years on my previous and current dog and think it's the best, the dogs like it too!

What type of toothbrush do you use? I have a small dog

If you have never brushed the teeth before i would recommend placing a small amount on your finger and offering as a treat. Then move up to putting it on a finger brush and letting the dog lick the paste from the brush. Then slowly start brushing one or two teeth at a time with a finger brush and stopping before the dog gets annoyed with it. After each session give the dog a little treat. Once your dog is more comfortable with you brushing you will find you will be able to brush the teeth properly with a finger brush. At this point you can then move up to a normal doggie tooth brush

Glucose oxidase, lactoperoxidase, potassium thiocyanate, soft polishing agents, hydrated silica titanium dioxide anhydrous dicalcium phosphate, surfactants glycerine, sorbitol, in a palatable poultry flavoured formulation. Also dextrose, xantham gum, sodium benzoate poultry dirges.
