My daughter was recently diagnosed with some issues with her knees. She plays sports and is a pitcher. The doctor recommended this brace to wear while playing and to ice the knees directly after activity. They are great! Comfortable, not too bulky under her softball pants, easy to wash, and stays in place. They are not too tight either. This brand is a lot better prices than the other stores and just as good.

These things are great. The have not only helped relieve knee pain but even control my restless leg syndrome. Great fit and easy to wear and adjust. They are lightweight and help with two problems at once.

This item actually helps tremendously and I will be using it daily I think. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of a couple of things. The first thing is the fit. I have it adjusted to the smallest possible size and it’s just enough but barely. For reference, the area directly under my kneecap measures 13”. That being said, I am a smallish/medium sized woman so I would say this would probably fit most people unless you’re a fairly thin/small framed woman. The second issue is slipping. As soon as I would begin walking, it would start slipping down with each step. I just so happened to have a bottle of ABS Sock stop (the puffy paint-looking stuff that is on the bottom of grippy socks). This completely solved the issue and that sucker now stays right where I place it. All you have to do is paint on some dots or squiggles (mine isn’t real pretty but it doesn’t matter) and let it dry for like 6 or 7 hours and then it’s perfect. No more slipping! Those issues aside, the device actually works well and I would have never guessed something so simple would alleviate my knee pain but a friend recommended this item to me. She said her Orthopedic doctor recommended this brand so that’s why I chose this particular one.

Okay, some background. In 3 months, I'll be 79. I was very active athletically close to my 60th year. I was in great shape physically into my 70s but time passages. A few falls until I realized I was no longer a jock and just years had my legs feeling like an old man about three or four years ago. I could barely get on my knees until I got a thick pad to take the pressure off them. Getting back up was a constant battle. I started using a magnesium cream a few months ago which helped tremndously and the pain in my knees was reduced significantly. Still a bit of a struggle to get up from a kneeling position but a lot less pain doing so. However, I still had issues. Going up and down steps was a challenge and occasionally my knees wanted to buckle while walking. I saw a different brand of these on a link, I think it was in some phone game I was playing. I watched the ad, because I had to to contionue the game, and they raved about the $25 product they were hawking. It interested me but I wanted to see what was available on Amazon and read customer reviews. That led me to these. Inexpensive, great reviews and available the next day! Done. I can now run a hundred yard dash in 9 second. Well, not really. However I can do whatever walking I want to do and feel comfortable. I haven't once felt my knees buckle and, although I have my hand on the handrail going up and down steps, I'm losing the fear of falling. I even jumped over a couple rocks around my neighbor's pond that went smoothly but won't be doing that again anytime soon. lol If your knees are bothering you either from injury or age, give these a shot. The price is right and it might make your life more enjoyable.

Relieves the pain somewhat but I wouldn't say it's a miracle of a difference. Fits my knee easily and the velcro is easy to pull on and off. Basic quality for the price so it's somewhat a value for your money. Wish it didn't have any of the brand's name on the front but what can you do about it. Washed it once and it still looks good so looks durable even through a wash so far.

Have had knee pain for at least a couple of years. Sharp undeniable pain that makes it difficult to go down stairs especially. Have had shots, but did not want another. Nothing to lose but $10 for 2! This is a great value! Not exactly sure of the physiology behind how these work, but they do work! Walking without was a gamble. Could I get to my destination before the sharp pain starts? This takes away that feeling. It must give support in just the right spot, because using this for the last 3 weeks has made me feel more confident I can get to my destination pain free. Weird. I ❤️ this simple fix! Under regular loose pants, these do not show, and only create a slight bulge under leggings. Easy on-Easy off. Adjust to comfort. I find it doesn’t need to be tight, just snug enough that it doesn’t move. Great purchase!

I bought these for a recent 5K, and they made a noticeable difference during my run. They were comfortable, stayed in place the entire time, and provided the support I needed without feeling restrictive. I felt much more confident and comfortable throughout the race. I’ve continued using them for my regular workouts, and they’ve become a staple in my fitness routine. They’re durable, easy to wear, and hold up well through different types of exercise. Misjudged the distance from the curb to the street and came down hard on my right foot which resulted in pain up my leg. A few months later, my knee felt like it was hyperextending when I walked. Had to use a cane for support and curtail 90% of my walking. Am slowly getting better but the hyperextension feeling isn't going away. My daughter said her friends recommended this type of knee strap/brace so I figured I could always return it if it didn't do the job. Well, it really works...not perfectly, but well enough that I can walk without that hyperextension feeling. To look at it, you wouldn't think this thing could do anything beneficial but I can tell you it -does- let me walk with 90% pain relief. I do get an occasional twinge but, if this strap lets me eliminate the need for surgery, I'm buying some spares. Bottom line: It not expensive, it's well-made, and it works.

Its hard to keep it in place and might not work for some, depending on knee shape. It does help to keep the knee together

The material cause irritation on my skin on the second day of wearing. But it's from me coz I did not wash it before wearing. Now, it's almost a month I've been wearing it and no complain at all. Excellent support and alleviate my knee pain. Never been comfortable with my joints.

Ya llevo mas de un mes usandolo y ha funcionado muy bien, el material es suave y comodo y cumple bien su funcion desde que lo uso ya no me duelen las rodillas al bailar. Definitivamente comprare mas ya que se desgasten.

Love this product, I wear it everyday to support my knee and I also used it for my elbow. No irritations not like covered knee/ elbow support, it becomes itchy specifically during warm weather.
