I wanted to try out a new mic, as I've been using the same microphone for 5 years. Didn't want to break the bank, and looked at my options. That's when I found the COCONISE Gaming Microphone. I looked at the reviews, and also saw some online and decided to go for it on a whim. And honestly? It's really good quality sound. Especially considering its price. Looking at its competitors, it's about the same quality for a lower price, you really can't beat it. If you're starting out content creation, if you're just wanting something better sounding than your standard headphone mic? I'd suggest looking into this and seeing if it's right for you! Some neat features: The RGB lights are nice to look at. I don't think there's a way to turn them off, but they really aren't too bright or distracting. They're nice colors and fade into one another. I like it. The pop filter works pretty well, and is very sturdy on the mic. Once you place it on there, it's not going anywhere. And the sound itself is actually better than I expected! Especially post-processing, the quality actually can come out pretty professional-sounding! The build quality is pretty good as well! The unit doesn't feel like it'll fall apart, and the desktop stand is metal and holds the microphone well (something I can't say for my last microphone LOL). The microphone is a Cardioid Condenser microphone, if that's something that's important to you. I think for what I need it for, it works just fine. Just keep that in mind, if you're using it for let's say a podcast? It can only clearly record one person at a time since the device records the best sound with whatever's in front of it. But if you're working solo, I'd say this is a good entry-level mic! Simple to use, just a plug-and-play. I'd absolutely recommend it!

for $30 this thing is awesome, it sounds just as good as my $140 boom mic, if you're looking for an inexpensive setup that looks good and is great for voice chat, this is it. super easy to use, has a volume knob on the bottom and had a touch to mute button on top, its pretty compact and frees up a bunch of room on my desk.

It connected to my laptop in a matter of seconds, it is also easily adjustable with the volume. The lever is beneth it while on top with a simple press of a button you can mute your mic. The sound quality of this mic is incredible it is nice and crisp and will pick up on any little noise no matter how far from the mic you are. It fits easily into any space you need it to fit. Setting up is a simple as 1,2,3. Overall this has been a great experience with this mic and I can say it is a 10/10 for me and if you're planning on streaming or making a podcast this is mic I'd recommend for you to us.

Amazing quality audio for cheap! My bestie actually recommended me to try this product after she had used hers for YEARS. The audio sounds great after some testing and it's ready to use. If you have headphones with the aux cord, just connect it to your pc as connecting it to the mic itself as the instructions say will make it so you can hear yourself! The only reason this isn't a 5 star for me, is that I was sold a slightly damaged product. The paint seems scratched, nothing too upsetting though. Like I said, it works prefecture fine.

Affordable and easy to use. Just plug it in and it shows up. The sound is good and it does great at cancelling out other noises in the space as well as normalizing loud noises. I like that you can adjust the volume and the height of it. It comes with the connecter cord very simple good product to start yourself off with!

I use this mic for audiobook narration, and it’s really great! It’s very sensitive and has a knob at the bottom that allows for you to adjust volume and sensitivity. Really really easy to use! This is a really great starter mic! I like that it has an option to plug in headphones so you can hear the playback. However, not a lot of headphones are corded anymore, and there’s zero Bluetooth capability. They work perfect fine without headphones, but you’re flying blind if you don’t have them plugged in.

I was surprised by how good this mic sounds for the price. Voices come through clear and full with no background hiss, and the built-in pop filter actually works. Setup took less than a minute—plug it in and it’s ready. The RGB lighting looks great on my desk without being too bright. The mute button is handy and reacts instantly. I’ve used it for calls, recording, and gaming, and people immediately noticed the improvement in sound quality. Sturdy stand, consistent audio, and very reliable so far.

The construction and material are fine for the price. Though, while I was screwing the mic into the stand, the soft plastic thread was uneven, and it took several attempts to fit correctly. I bought the mic for use in short voice notes, zoom, and talking to my AI bot. It was fine for these purposes, but it's advertised for gaming and streaming, and it failed at these tasks. Not usual for me. When using it as a standalone mic, the recording and sound were okay. I didn't have to sit too close to it, as others have described. I was about four feet away from it, which is further than normal distance for a desktop mic. Voice was clear, and it didn't pick up much background noise, or canceled it out. The biggest problem I had with it is figuring out that the RGB doesn't turn off, or at least allows you to change colors. However, that turned out to be a non-issue because the mute button, which turns the light a solid blue, does not work. Not an expected outcome to a non-working feature, but at least I didn't have to return it. I can live with the blue light and no mute. But if the mute button and RGB matter to you, you may want to pass on this one.

Works well, the microphone picks up every little sound and whispers. You might need a noise canceling program like RTX Broadcast. The feature that you can turn it on and off with just a tap is great. The volume controls on the bottom are also great.
