Peach Bands Resistance Bands Set - Exercise Workout Bands for Legs and Butt

2nd set of these. My old ones were probably 15 years old. I pulled them out from the closet (hanging in their provided bag) and they were clean, but stuck to one another, covered with pits and holes? (maybe oxidizing? no idea) I guess that's a natural aging thing for the material? They still functioned and stretched, but there were so many little holes I decided to replace them. The new bands look exactly like my original set, bag and all. They're great quality, but realize the material will eventually wear out on it's own naturally.

Peach Bands really are the best bands I've every used. I had to use bands in Physical Therapy (ankle and foot surgery) and these are 100 times better. They don't smell and they are not cover in a weird white chalk. I looked at tons of bands on Amazon some cheaper some more costly but, these really stuck with me. What I liked the most was you can follow them on Instagram @peachbands and they add workout ideas all the time. I thought that was really cool and that I would be getting the most updated workout ideas. To me that is wonderful Customer Servicer that you just don't get any more. Also, Peach Bands start at a higher weight then the other Bands I looked at and end in a higher weight. I also, love the Bag they come in it's cute and looks like it cost a ton. When I showed my hubby the bands the first thing he said was he liked the bag they gave me. That it would fit nice in my gym bag. He pulled on the bands and loved the weight of them. So HUBBY APPROVED!! :-) I took the Light band yesterday and put it on my thighs and cleaned the kitchen and did some house work. Man, it was a amazing workout. I can't wait to use these more. My workout journey is on it's way. I'm 5'2 178 pounds the bands fit me wonderfully.

I bought these shortly before our city went into "shelter-in-place" orders for COVID-19 which meant I went from going to the gym every day, to having to stay home. I know I can still go outside for a run but I'm a cycler/strength trainer, and was into running for about 3 months 5 years ago. I've bought resistance bands before but I bought the cheap $9 bands. They did their job but I wasn't expecting to keep them forever. Decided to buy these because a) I like the colors and b) they had a durable looking pouch. These do not disappoint. You can feel the quality, especially when you're doing exercises that require a lot of constant stretching and unstetching of the bands. Other bands kinda go floppy if you do 100 reps of an exercise, these do not. They stay in place really well, even if you're a little sweaty. If you can just look up some resistance band exercises, they might look easy, but try doing 100 of that exercise. You will be sore the next day, 100% guaranteed, yep - even just using resistance bands! Even more if you're using quality resistance bands like these.

We use bands like these at my boot camp classes so I bought this pair to supplement for home workouts when I couldn’t make it to my gym. I like them overall because I know how to use them, but could see how if your just starting out how these could be problematic. My recommendation is to get or follow a program (YOUTUBE has them for free) until you know how to use them properly. Also, many reviewers mentioned how these bands roll. Most bands do this. You just have to learn how to adjust them or keep enough tension evenly on the band to avoid the rolling. If the rolling of the bands doesn’t bother you then let it roll, you are still getting the same amount of resistance and workout. These seem durable as well. I haven’t broke one yet and they are easy to store because they come with a bag. Lastly, other reviewers have mentioned that the “light” resistance bands are really easy. They are correct. Those aren’t really challenging and I myself started out with the medium level on these. So if you are looking for a heavy resistance right off you may want to look elsewhere. However, if your a beginner, start where you are at and build up. We all have different fitness levels and have to improve which is why I like this set because it allows for that. The heavy resistance does seem to be challenging.

These are seriously my favorite resistance bands! Let's move past the fact that they're really cute and come in a matching cute pink pouch... but let's also talk about how they're effective and high-quality. I'm definitely super excited to have added them into my workout routine! And the Peach Bands pouch makes it easy for my to grab and go if I'm taking my fitness outside or while traveling. I bought my first set of peach bands while deployed to Afghanistan in 2019. I used those bands 3-5 days a week. The last of that set finally broke a few months ago. I am truly amazed at how well they held up, that I had to buy a new set. If you look at my pictures, you might be able to see the thickness difference from the first set of x-heavy compared to the new set of x-heavy. These bands feel way more durable than the first set. The x-heavy bands feels like it’s a heavier resistance, but I am loving them! I’m hoping these last just as long if not longer than my first set! Will continue to buy these when this set fails!

They roll every time I get a good momentum going, good quality and work very well they just roll(no matter what I wear or on bear skin )and will pop you if you don't adjust the roll right away

Love the resistance and the fact that they don't slip while doing the exercise

I recently purchased these resistance bands as I am recovering from hip surgery and have to do a lot of glute exercises for physiotherapy. I absolutely love these bands SO much. They provide TONS of resistance and a great glute workout (you could use them for an upper body work out too). They are just as strong and durable as the band that I purchased from my physiotherapy clinic. I LOVE that they don't roll up while doing my exercises and they are easy to get on and off. Also, I love the amazing colours and the little case that came with them so I can take them with me anywhere I go! They are the same length and width as the band sold to me by my physiotherapist... my point being, they are LEGIT! The shipping was also SUPER fast... I got them in under a week :) Overall, I would highly recommend these resistance bands for anyone looking for a great workout!
