I wanted this product to work, but it’s a no-go for me. What drew me in was the ease of use (2 pills a day, after eating = simple) and the natural ingredients (although I was weary of the dyes). It’s also priced well so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I’ve only taken one dose and I will be stopping, immediately. Took it after breakfast yesterday morning and felt fine during the day (besides the regular perimenopausal symptoms of moodiness, fatigue, brain fog that I typically experience), but ended up going to bed a little early with a somewhat intense headache (not abnormal for me; suffer from headaches and migraines). Woke this AM with a KILLER migraine and SEVERE dizziness (I mean the entire room is spinning and I can’t walk in a straight line), to the point of pretty horrible nausea. I’m also experiencing some diarrhea as well. None of this is my normal (even when I’m coping with a migraine). This is way too much to have to deal with on top of my other perimenopause symptoms, so I’m out. I blame myself for not reading the 1-star reviews, which listed some of these side effects. In picking another supplement, I will definitely remember to do just that. I recognize that these side effects may not be the same for others (hence the 5-star reviews), but don’t be like me, do your homework ladies. Best of luck on this crazy journey!

Honestly I couldn’t tell this was working at first. After a few months I noticed the hot flashes and the night sweats were less and less. I take them daily with breakfast and so far no side effects. I noticed that I stopped taking this for like 3 weeks and the hot flashes were coming back. The product is effective but I wish it was ,ore affordable because you need the, every month. I rather take this one even though I am in menopause. The vit. B component is super helpful.

Not for everybody… read the ingredient to be sure that you are not allergic… it has great reviews and my friendh recommended it to me… She also has great results, but I can not take it due to the ingredients.
