Excellent quality and taken a wack or two and phone still looks bran new

I bought one of these cases for my Samsung S23 phone sadly after a drop the case developed a crack around the sliding camera section on the case. My phone however was intact and the phone case did it's job. I reached out to the company with regards to the cracked case and not only did they reimburse me for my purchase but they gave me a replacement case too. I am giving this case 5 stars. Although it did crack after a drop it did protect my phone and the customer service was immense.

*UPDATED* Tongate contacted me after my review and I must say that their customer service is second to none! Absolutely fantastic!! The product is sturdy and drop proof to an extent. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work do its pointless having biometrics on the phone really. Which isn't too bad if you don't use biometrics but personally everything on my phone is set up to use fingerprint which makes if hardwork to do anything and even worse if again like myself you can't remember your passwords. The belt attachmemt won't ever be used, it's so big and bulky it would be like attaching a tablet to your belt.

Product is very durable and reasonably priced. It's straightforward to apply the case, although was a little tricky keeping the Screen Protector rotector in place while fitting the case around it. Screen Protector works perfectly with Fingerprint Scanning and general screen use and is very clear and great quality. Case is well built and solid as anything, but could maybe do with a little more silicone for shock-absorbing properties. Overall, a great product, having tried a couple of others already and happy that my phone is well protected.

Came home from being away. Was greeted to a box what thought came from samsung. The quality of the box felt professional and looked the part. Truely packaged, nicely done. But I'm not big on reading so had to carefully read the instructions first before diving normally. So if they made it more distinctive on installation guide would help those dyslexic. Meaning to understand the installation with and without the screen protector. Having numbers and pictures made the installation hassle free and easy to install. It's great to have 2 options, both with and without the screen protector. Also the additional option to have a mounted clip. The reasons I bought this was; •Rugged grip •Screen protector with the Finger print •Lens Protector that can be covered. This could possibly help deter the age of phone being older model. Theres little information about the phone by judging this physically. The case isn't obstructed from any foreign metals that could limit the range of signals from the smartphone. The pen is easy to access without any difficulty at all. Edit- Had this for few months, and it's been a pretty sturdy case. Not gonna lie, felt nice go hold. But there are flaws. Mostly the forward facing camera hole. This isn't fully attached to the phone surface allowing a seem of hair to access the top. But I've also notice, yet I dunno how this has happened but a white contaminant half way down the phone. So feels after when phone warms up, the cover loose's it's grip with the screen. Best not installing the screen protector, better investing in a separate glass screen protector that doesn't have the hole punched out. But the case in itself I outstanding. Purchased the case in February, bought a replacement in march as having some OCD. I didn't like having dust and particles getting into the screen. Sadly ended up ditching this and buying another case. The forward facing cover for the lens loosens up lot sooner, no grip or any to prevent this from sliding.

Great case and even better customer support with a minor issue that occurred. Tongate went above and beyond to resolve it. 5* all the way, customer support of this quality is hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

I got this case for my new Samsung 23 Ultra and so far not had any problems. I've chosen to use it with the screen protector and found that it was extremely easy to install. I occasionally have problems with the finger print recognition but that is generally that the screen needs a little clean where the fingerprint sensor is. It doesn't feel overly bulky in my hands. I love the cover for the camera lenses even if I do often forget to close it after taking photos lol I've not used the stand function much but when I have it has worked well.

Poor quality. I have bought 3 of these cases over the last 18 months and each one the stand has popped out of the slot and can't be put back in. Gutted as everything else is good. Cannot recommend, very expensive case but sadly not worth the money. Update. Original complaint regarding the stand remains the same, review updated to 2 stars as company reached out and offered a replacement or a refund. Product not great but customer service very good.

This is a masterpiece. Extremely sturdy. More colors are needed.

This is my favourite case for s23U so far! Slide on cover at back protects camera lens very well, clicks-in, doesn't slide off, except if put it in a packed pocket, then may slide off. I love and appreciate the front cover for screen, protects screen from simple things, probably may not from hard scratches. It becomes moderately bulky but still looks good and feels good in hand. Not heavy at all. Despite turning on sensitive screen protector touch setting, it does require more touches sometimes for finger reader, but it's not an annoyance for me given the unmatched benefit it brings in other aspects. I will buy this again for phones like this for camera, screen and general protection and recommend it.

Pesante, aggiunge peso al gia' pesante S23 Plus, comunque svolge ottimamente il suo servizio, di ottima fattura, semplice da installare, protegge molto bene, in particolar modo lo sportellino salva lenti fotocamera, troppo esposte negli ultimi smartphones top di gamma, ( mi chiedo cosa cambierebbe se venissero incastrate nella scocca, di certo una protezione migliore! Smartphones empre piu' costosi, empre piu' delicati, una chiara policy commerciale!!! )

The product looks good, good protection, but weak, only one fall on back and the stand is broken.
