Hello, what size threads are on the piezo igniter? the biger ones closest to the putton. Thank Joe in ohio

Hello, thread about 17.8 mm, you buy this igniter, we have a matching fastening ring without worrying about installation.

is the "ground" the exposed strip on the back?

Hello, this does not need to be grounded separately, just install it on a metal object. If the installation location is non-metallic, please install the wire grounding at the fixed location of the installation, thank you.

Will this work on a Aussie propane grill?

I used it on a gas hot water heater and a gas grill. I would guess it would on most grills.
