If you’re like me and don’t trust the school district technology then this planner is for you! Aside from the regular grade keeper pages, this planner is perfect for high school and middle school teachers with multiple periods. It has a section for seating charts, a school year events calendar (which I used for meetings and scheduling my IEPs), and the best part is the weekly planner has plenty of lines to leave good notes, objective, etc. It’s a hardcover but lightweight, the design is pretty cool too. You can never go wrong with an Elan Teacher Planner!!

I get one of these Elan teacher planners every year for the new school year. They are very durable and hold up well throughout the year and being jumbled around in my work bag. They’re spacious for notes and great for daily planning.

I've used soft covered versions for decades, and they get pretty ratty after living in my bag and getting used daily for 10 months. This year I paid for the hard back version for the first time. It's the end of trimester one, and it still looks great. The metal on the corners definitely helps. Unbelievably, the bookmark is also still in great shape (I have tried to be really careful with it). For my job it makes sense to have both the planning and the recording in the same book. This has plenty of space for record keeping for multiple classes (32 x 2 page spread).

Works well

I have been using Elan planners for 25 years! I love the new hard covers. Even with electronic grade books and internet leanring platforms, I still use my planner as my back up and it allows me to note my thoughts and plans on paper every day.

As a teacher, I found the size and layout of pages are perfect for planning.

I'm using it for the 2023-2024 school year so the jury is still out. I'm hoping it lasts better than my last 2 record/plan books.

This is my 4th school year of using this planner. I order it every year right before school starts. I am excited to have been able to get it in a hardcover with the design of my choice now too!! I love these planners. It has everything that I need… enough weeks for planning, the right number of class sections, the right number of sections to keep grades at the back. I absolutely love this planner. The hardcover even came with a bookmark so I that I can quickly find my place!!
