Great mat easy to stowaway folds like an accordion. Cushions great on a concrete floor and wood floors. I have 6 or 8mm good for yoga, 12mm for floor exercise & Body Pump. Fits easy in Bucket type Yoga Bags with large Opening or good in large east to west bags. Perfect for Planks giveable on hands and knees. Feet won’t slip when doing Worrier poses.

I adore this mat. Not only is it cute, but it's highly functional as well. The amount of thickness is just right. It's comfortable, yet I am able to remain grounded. The ease of folding this up and putting it away is exactly why it's worth every penny! Despite there being no strap (as some commenters have wished for) I find zero difficulty in carrying the mat around when folded up. This truly is the mat to get if you want no fuss when getting it out and putting it away. I use mine on hardwood floors, and it stays put without any slips for the most part. When the floor is more dirty, there can be the occasional slip of the mat in the center with certain positions, depending on how I move my feet, but mostly, I have zero issues. Here's a cool tip: if you're doing something that requires more support for the knees or forearms, you can keep a spot on the mat folded and you get additional support in that area! You can see in the photo how I have the mat folded up closer to the middle and it really provides more support. This is such a cool feature of having a mat that folds up like this one. I definitely recommend it!

This is just the best and convenient space-saving yoga mat I've ever had. What a great idea a foldable mat !!! I put it on top of my bed and use it there to give it a more solid surface as I have trouble getting off of the floor. Just fold it up and it fits right in a tiny corner. Love it.

This thing is great and the folding convenience is worth the price. Probably not the best for traveling but perfect for keeping in one place for use. It's thinner than the 1" mat I'm used to but it's still comfortable. Even with the seams for folding it's proved durable as well. I was really worried it would be cheap and rip at the seams right away but so far there's been no problems. My girlfriend had a regular roll up yoga mat to do her stretches. Rolling it up, securing it, and putting it away every time was annoying and it ended up just living in the middle of the living room like a hideous floor runner. That one eventually got gross from being walked on all the time and I endeavored to find a better solution, this folding mat. It's so easy to unfold for use then fold back up. When folded it takes up very little space and isn't going to come unrolled or anything. We can just keep it tucked against the coffee table for easy access without it being in the way.

I love this mat and bought it because it folds instead of rolling… for some reason the rolling ones always grossed me out. I use it for core workouts and some upper body and I think it’s plenty thick. It is slightly narrow but I fit on it just fine, I’m 5’8 185. Only downfall with mine is that the bottom is pretty beat up because I was wearing shoes when I used it but now I keep my feet off of it to prevent further damage. Overall, it’s great I love it and will probably get another one! Oh, and I found the band that comes around the rolled yoga mats stretches just fine to fit on this so if you wanted you can reuse a band.

This folding design is easier to use and store that rolled designed.

フローリング床で行うストレッチでの膝痛防止のために購入しました。 私より先に頻繁に使用している彼氏いわく、 座ってやる動きでもお尻が痛くならずとても良い！！とのこと。 購入時に厚みを悩みましたがコチラで丁度よく、やはり畳めるのが便利です。 画像通りのオシャレな色で気分も上がりますね、自分も早く使いたいです。

Things I love: - comfy even on hard surfaces - you can double up sections to give your knees or head more cushion - easy to put away - excellent for traveling - does not slide around on all the various floors I've tried it on (except carpet - it moves on carpet if you're doing intense aerobic exercises) - can be used as foot rest or seat cushion I travel and work and I originally got this yoga mat to do exercises in my hotel room while traveling. I fold it up and clip it to the back of my backpack (it actually is the same height as the backpack so it works well). A huge benefit I did not anticipate was using this as a booster seat or foot rest while working. Many of the hotel desks and chairs are too tall for me. If the desk is too high or the chair is hard, I fold the yoga mat and use it as a booster seat / cushion. If the chair is too tall and my legs don't touch the floor, I can fold the yoga mat and use it as a foot rest. It's helped a lot with ergonomics. My ONLY wish is that it came with a travel bag or a carrying string.
