UGREEN HDMI 2.1 Switch, 4K@120Hz 8K@60Hz HDMI Switcher Splitter 3 In 1 Out

I bought this as the last TV switcher I bought kept giving a green screen when switching from PS5 to Xbox series X and vice-versa. Looked at the other reviews and took the chance. I have to say the build quality is the usual Ugreen standard which is very good and robust. Those that complain there is no power brick (the power cable is USB in DC out) are correct but this was easily remedied by using an old Apple 1amp plug that I used to use with my old iPhone 5c. There are also no batteries for the remote control (2x AAA needed) but that's no issue as those batteries are as cheap as chips and people often have them lying around. The unit s as said is robust and quality, the remote is simple and perfect for the job, connection is simple and switching between HDMI sources takes a second to do. The specifications are bang on with picture and sound quality are not impeded. The only caveat is that it doesn't auto-switch when sources are turned on. However this has always been hit and miss with all HDMI switchers even the very very expensive ones. In summary good build quality, simple set up, easy to use, works at suggested specifications, USB powered so will need a USB plug, you'll need batteries for the remote and doesn't auto-switch between sources meaning you have to do it manually. Excellent buy and worth the price paid over cheaper lower quality non-branded switches.

This switch was exactly the fix I needed. My LG OLED only has two HDMI ports that actually handle 4K at 120Hz, and since one of those has to be taken up by my soundbar for eARC, I was left struggling to juggle between my PC and my PS5 Pro. This device solved that bottleneck instantly. It handles the full bandwidth perfectly, so I'm not losing any quality or performance on either machine, and switching between them is seamless. It’s finally given me the setup I wanted without having to constantly crawl behind the TV to swap cables.

Good functioning product, does what it says on the tin. Only complaint is the signal from the remote seem very week. Any material in the ways seems to block it from functioning. I keep mine in a cupboard next to my TV box and Nvidia shield. The remotes for them function normally. But unfortunately the hdmi switch doesn't seem to pass through. Still happy with the purchase as its simple and let's me switch easily between all my inputs

Set up was quick and the splitter fits nicely in my cable tidy area. I recommend getting an IR extender for £5 that you can stick to the front of the IR sensor and then you’re able to hide the splitter behind something. The picture quality is top notch and I haven’t had any problems so far. The switching speed is also fast and responsive.

Like the other 1 star reviews have said, I doubt this thing can do 4k, 120hz, HDR10, VRR, YCbCr444, 12bit colour. Maybe one at time but not all together, I also used UGREEN HDMI cables as advised. I have two PC's. One with a 4090 and one with a 5060. Both set to 4k, 120hz, HDR10, VRR, YCbCr444, 12bit colour. On both it would display the Bios and splash screen no problem, (as they are low resolution) but as soon it got to windows, would just get a blank screen, TV was saying there was a signal (Bravia 8ii) but blank screen. On the 4090, it just sent it into a constant boot loop, obviously didn't like what this switch was doing. If your going to use a similar set up, you should probably avoid this and look at another brand.

I got an HDFury Arcana to send Dolby Atmos to a Sonos Arc from an UHD Player and an Apple TV, but the HDFury only has one input. After some research, this switcher came up. Can confirm it supports 4K HDR Dolby Vision and Atmos. (Says it supports 8K, but I haven’t tested that) It’s been quite impressive so far. The switcher is quick and smooth, but it would be nice if it had an auto switch feature. Not a major issue though. It’s a nice design, and doesn’t look out of place next to the Apple TV. No issues so far. Other reviews have mentioned flickering, but I haven’t experienced that. Pairing the HDFury with this switcher has enabled me to enjoy full Dolby Atmos without the need to purchase a new eARC TV. I wholeheartedly recommend this switcher for that upgrade. I dedicated considerable time researching the reasons behind my inability to access Atmos through my existing setup. If you are trying to resolve a similar issue, I hope this review helps!

Un excelente Switch, me ayudo a darle una nueva vida a una vieja pantalla que tenia problemas para gestionar el HDMI ARC con una barra de sonido Samsung de alta gama, la desconectaba porque la barra es "demasiado inteligente" para mi pantalla cuyo protocolo ARC es obsoleto, este switch hizo todo el trabajo y ahora mi conexión quedó Roku>Barra>Switch>Pantalla prácticamente la pantalla solo emite el video mientras que la barra hace todo el trabajo de decodificacion de audio y pasa la resolución 4K a traves del Switch hasta la pantalla y lo genial es que el sonido de la pantalla en tv abierta llega hasta la barra sin conflictos gracias al Switch
