I don't right many reviews like I should, but I felt the need to on this one. Tami Tami customer service is AMAZING!!!! It was all done via email, but their response time was within a day, and when they responded, it wasn't just with a yes or no reply. They were very detailed in answering my questions and offering to help in any way!! I could have purchased a different / similar brand of adjustable frame, but chose to pay the $30 or so each for shipping, even with Prime, due to their customer service!! As for the frames. They arrived earlier than expected!!! They were packaged VERY WELL!! The order was correct ( 2 Twin XL) frames for a split king setup. They were very easy to setup, very good quality from what I can tell. This is my first adjustable frames ever. The ONLY issue I had was that one of the frame's massage motors weren't working. The foot massager worked, but the head massager did not. After flipping over the frame to do basic troubleshooting, I discovered that during assembly at the factory, someone zip tied the front massage wire way too tightly which caused it to come unplugged. THANKFULLY.... an easy fix!!! My wife and I have been using the frames for a few weeks to a month now, and so far so good!! No issues! Frames are very sturdy, no noise, and work perfectly!!! The massage feature is nice, and we really like the under lighting!!! If i could give feedback to the company on things to improve, I would HIGHLY suggest that they include one, or possibly 2 brackets on either side to hold the mattress in place, just like the one they supply at the foot of the frame. This would be HUGE, especially for split king setups like mine. The only other suggestion would be to have a button to illuminate the remote control buttons, without having to activate a feature just to find what your looking for in the dark on the remote. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this bed frame from Tami!!! For the price, you wont go wrong!!

I ordered this adjustable base for postOp recovery and it has made an amazing difference in my getting in and out of bed. It is so smooth, quiet and easy to use. I love what I call my night light under the bed. My feet swelling has decreased with the feet elevation. This base is very stable and solid and has all the expensive details without the expensive price. When I push off the bed it does not move. The charging port is very convenient also. This base has been a God sent for me. There are 3 leg lengths and the middle one is perfect for my height. My son set it up and said it was easy for him. This is the best and most useful product I have bought in years. I have told all my friends and family and they plan to buy one also. Thank you for my TamiTami 600 adjustable base.

First off I will say this frame weighs 122 pounds. So if you have bedrooms that are upstairs it can be a workout to get it up there. Now the good part. This a a fantastic affordable adjustable bed frame. We unboxed it and muscled it into my son’s room. Everything is all assembled but the legs. That took about 10 minutes to do. Then we turned it over and plugged it in. Put batteries in the remote and Wow!! What a gem. It has lighting underneath, it has 3 levels of vibration which my son says is one of his favorite aspects of the frame. It also has usb for phone charging. It has two pockets that you Velcro one on each side. It can hold the remote and a phone. The head can go all the way to a sitting position. The legs can also be lifted up. It is very durable and should last a long time. , His mattress pairs very nicely with it and makes the perfect comfortable sleeping experience. This is definitely a great value for the money. I am going to be purchasing another one for my daughter in the near future. I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good value for the price. Adjustments and options are great. The vibration turns on at full throttle, it would be betteer to start on the lowest setting first. IT is a bit loudas far as the massage is concerned, but not enough to keep you awake. Biggest complaint, is the backloight on the remote doesn't stay on long enough to be useful. Overal a great value for the price, and far less expensive than what you get in a brick and mortar matress store. We were able to adjust the height perfectly with the feet provided. I would recommend these platforms.

Ok after using this adjustable bed for a few weeks I decided to write my review. Everything works perfectly I like the lighting underneath the bed for nighttime bathroom trips I like the flashlight on the remote so I can see what buttons I’m pushing. I was able to use my purple mattress and it just is just fine I would highly recommend this bed if you are looking for a adjustable bed I wish I could order a second remote to have on both sides of the bed because I share my bed (it’s a queen size) so if anyone knows how to make this happen please let me know

After viewing and comparing several adjustable beds frames, I continued to circle back to the Tami Tami. Affordability was very important along with functionality after viewing actual hospital beds ranging from $4,000 and up. The Tami Tami did not disappoint at all. The cost and not having a massage feature kept me away from the traditional hospital bed which offered no such feature. The massage feature has been a plus for me going to bed at night and getting out of bed in the mornings. And I love the ZG (zero gravity) feature with 1 touch of the remote, my favorite position. It's very stable getting in and out of bed. The instructions were user friendly, my 36-year-old daughter unboxed and completed the set-up in no time, you literally just have to screw the legs on and put the batteries in the remote. No missing parts, although the AI said in the reviews it came with bed rails, none were in my box. I will be ordering and attaching bed rails to my frame after falling out of my bed before I received my adjustable bed. I'm 71 and although I was not injured in the fall I took it as a warning because if I were older or fragile it could have been all bad. All in all, I am very satisfied with my Tami Tami and would recommend this frame to anyone seeking mobile functions, comfort and cost efficient. Oh, I'm using my Queen size mattress (10-inch hybrid) with the queen size frame. And my Tami Tami arrived a day earlier than its expected date of delivery.

I have been using this Tami Tami for almost a month it really does help with my back pain and my leg issues granted it does not have a rolling massage but it does have the vibration the only issue I have is it's a little noisy but if you can get past that it's not that noisy it's been a good bed so far it's very sturdy I have a regular hybrid mattress and it elevates very well I love the zero gravity and when I'm ready to go to sleep because I do watch TV in bed I just lay the bed flat and pretty much I have a good night sleep which I haven't had for a long time because my old mattress and my frame was not that great the assembly was very easy you just put it all together and it was not hard at all it is a little bit heavy but that's fine I would like it to be because then you know that it's going to last I hope there were no missing parts everything was there and it seems like the material is good my mattress stays on it and I never seem to have any issues of it sliding or anything like that
