It did not work for me.
I used it for over a month and did not see any difference it made at all. It’s my unique experience with the product.

Doesn't work
Used it for about 3 weeks. Saw no difference in any weightloss. Kind of help curb my appetite but I felt nauseous all day every day. I stopped using it and the nausea went away. Don't waste your money.

Switch on your fat burning switch!!
Love this product! Taken 15 minutes before each meal. 0.5 ml is equal to about 16 drops. Best dropped under the tongue and then wait about 30 seconds for best absorption. I find it helps to control appetite without the jitters, but most importantly is what I feel it is doing at a cellular level (helping to keep my metabolic switch on fat burner mode) This is the only product I use along with a clean whole food diet (basically an anti-inflammatory diet and some simple intermittent fasting) I have kept off an extra 30 lbs for going on a year now and I feel amazing. I hope they keep making this amazing product!

Increases energy and cuts sugar cravings!
I was looking for an African Mango supplement in a dropper form, and hence my purchase. I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks, and wanted to be sure I gave a good try before leaving a review. The first thing I noticed is an increase in my energy levels. What I realized is that it's not good to take this late in the day, because I honestly was staying up too late. So I take it earlier in the day, and not after like 3:00 pm, so that it does not affect my sleep. I'm also definitely craving less sugar. The third thing I noticed is that the supplement "flushes" you out, and helps to release any retained water that could be causing bloating. I also am a fan of supplements in drop form, I feel they are easier to take, and more bioavailable to the body.
