Coffee Cup Warmer & iKago Mug Set, 1℉ Precise Temp Control Mug Warmer

Purchased on July 22, 2026, so not quite a month of using it all day long every day. So, far it is turning out to be a superior product. I'm comparing it to another product that I've used for several years and there is no comparison. It sets up instantly, i.e. put your filled cup on and turn on the switch. The temp of your setting is visible, and instantly changes up or down. Your cup temp is instantly measured. For the first time my cup of coffee is hot. Set your temp at whatever you want; it stays. If you put it on cold it reaches you setting quickly. At first I didn't use the cup ( I have my favorite) but when I tried it I switched. I like the flair on the bottom that allows me to use my mechanical rotating stir device and not spin my coffee and cream out. They put a lot of thought and engineering into this. No further searching is needed.

I wasn't sure about the appearance of this warmer until I received it. It does have a high-end, quality look and feel. Combined with the nice hand made mug - with attached tag, this is a great gift. Although pricy, I ended up purchasing a second one for our home. Not just a coffee mug warmer, good for any hot beverage at a temperature of your choosing. Some of my feature favorites: Temperature Maintenance - Works perfectly, no issues. Very simple to adjust. There is an auto shut-off timer feature as well. Quality design – The unit takes up little space and works well on a desk, kitchen counter, bath suite, etc. Nice packaging - adding to it's high perceived value if a gift. Great value – For something that you use every day, the cost is reasonable in today's economy. High tech look & simple to use. Works with other ceramic mugs – The quality hand made mug set included is really nice, but other ceramic mugs work well too.

I purchased this item in Sept. 2025. Before finding this, I had used electric candle warmers which only kept my coffee from going cold but this warmer is designed to keep your drink at the temperature you prefer. You can set the control & the warmer will bring your drink to your desired temperature within minutes. Then it will maintain it indefinitely. The warmer will automatically shut off if there's no activity like removing the cup for a sip. I think the time is an hour or two but I'm not sure. It's just great that if you forget to shut it off you don't have to worry about it remaining on & hot. You can also use either Farenheit or Celsius settings. Also, the customer service is great. My warmer worked beautifully for 8 months but one day recently the plate wouldn't heat up at all. The lights of the settings still worked but the warmer plate remained at room temperature. I was about to order another one but then looked up how long I'd had it & it hadn't even been a year. The price has increased a good bit since I'd purchased mine. Plus, I didn't need the cup, spoonor or the lid - just the warmer plate. I contacted the company & their customer service responded immediately. After providing them with proof of purchase & a description of the problem, they sent me a new warmer plate. It doesn't match my cup but what do I care? Now I'm again able to keep my coffee at 128° while I take my time enjoying it. If you like to liesurly drink your coffee or tea while reading, etc., I think you'll love this product.

Ok as a mom this is such a blessing to have to not have to reheat my tea/coffee because im constantly running back and forth with house chaos. My drink is always at an optimum temperature when I'm finally able to sit down and drink it. I was hesitant buying this but man I wish I had bought this sooner. This looks beautiful in my home office with my decor. The functions of this are pretty much straightforward so no having to guess how to get it to work. And best part is the price. It's not ridiculously priced like a different brand. The mug is ceramic and handmade. Love how it comes with a similar ceramic lid and spoon. Overall this would make an awesome mom gift. Love it!

Love this mug warmer! It keeps my coffee and tea warm all morning, no more reheating cold cups halfway through work. The temperature control is precise and the auto shut-off is a nice safety touch. I was hesitant to use a mug warmer that required a cord, but I decided to give this a try after my second Ember mug failed. I am so happy I chose this item after reading reviews for similar items. You set the warming plate once to your preferred temperature, and it retains that setting for all future uses until changed. The display shows the current temperature of your drink, and it remains at that temperature as long as the mug is on the warming plate. The mug that is included is simple in design but solid, and there is a lid as well. The mug is dishwasher safe, and you can also use any ceramic mug that fits on the plate. I highly recommend this item if you like your coffee hot the whole time you are drinking it.

Here I thought I was drinking hot coffee. I made a couple of shots of espresso in my primo coffee maker, added boiling water, and brought it upstairs. I immediately put the Ikago coffee cup onto the Ikago Mug warmer, turned it on, and saw it was only 113°! Who knew? So I timed how fast this mighty heater would bring it up to my set temperature of 145° - and it took a very reasonable 21 minutes. Of course, it then proceeds to diligently maintain my cuppa joe at my set temperature. Whenever I forget about it, it automatically shuts down after 2 hours of inaction, just like it’s supposed to - apparently bored with just sitting there heating away. This is truly a wonderful device, and someone took a lot of care in its stylish design. I also think with its handsome form and the particular well-chosen shade of beige, it suits my midcentury-modern/boho decor nicely. By the way, the company’s photos on their product page were color accurate. My photos are less color accurate so go by the company’s. I haven’t tried other ceramic mugs yet because I like this one and it comes with its own lid. They tell you it’s easier to keep a drink hot when the lid is on. I noticed it has no problem with a lid on and in fact varied upwards a bit. The literature I think said by 2 degrees, but I saw it go up to 150° at one point and then come back down. I don’t care; I’m not expecting sous vide precision on this one. And maybe I had my cup too close to the sensor in front. When I moved the cup back into its magic circle imprint in the middle, it seemed to vary up to 148° and back down to 145°. Whatever - I got tired of making this one a research project. It’s too nice an item, and it works perfectly for me. It has personality. It’s cool. It’s sweet. It’s handsome. It does the one job it’s meant to do with plenty of precision. I am pleased enough to take the time to offer up a review on it along with a couple of photos looking at the temperature vs time.

Coming off of a cheaper one that stopped working in a few months. This one's much better made and does the job perfectly. I like the option to heat it to the perfect temp and all the other safety features it has. Including the automatic turn off in 2 hours. Even the cup it comes with is the perfect size. All around great product.

カップもセットになったカップウォーマーですね。 外箱は立派なので、贈り物にも良さそうな感じです。 ただ、緩衝用のケースから取り出すのはかなりガッチリはまりこんでいて取り出すのが結構大変でした。 はじめてカップウォーマーを使いましたが、なかなか良いですね。 コーヒーもそうですが、自分はこちらのカップに味噌汁を入れてつかっています。ぬるくなりにくいのでなかなか良い感じです。 とはいえ、ちょこちょこ飲んでいるとそれなりに温度は下がる感じです。 でもまあこれは底のヒーターでカップを温める構造なので、さすがに仕方ないですかね。 カップを置くなど、センサーに何かしら反応があることで加熱を開始します。 加熱面はかなり早く熱くなるので注意して下さい。 使い方は、電源は横のボタンにてON/OFF。 温度設定は＋－のタッチ入力にて行います。 電源を入れた状態からだとそのまま出来ますが、少し時間が経つとピピっと音がしてロック状態になります。 +か－のどちらかをダブルタップすると、ピッと音がしてロックが解除されます。 ＋－ボタン同時押しで華氏と摂氏の切り替え可能です。 横一直線のインジゲーターがありますが、青が設定温度より低い、赤が設定温度より高い、緑が大体設定温度のようです。 自動OFF機能は、置いてあるカップの動きがない状態で2時間、検出センサーに反応がない待機状態で15分で電源が落ちる様です。 カップについてですが、プラスチックや二重構造の物など加熱して使うと危険な物もあるので、素材や構造など注意は必要かと思います。 一応ステンレスの黒のカップは認識しましたが、金属製のカップは不正確な検出につながるとの事なのと、ガラス製も検出(認識？)されにくいとの事で使用できない様です。 使える物は基本陶磁器の物になりますが、こちらの付属のカップに最適化されているようですね。 あと、カップの大きさや入れる量にもよりますが、熱くて持てない事もあるかと思いますので、取っ手は付いていた方が間違いないかと思います。 それと、加熱面が熱くなるのは仕方ないですが、底も手で触り続けられないくらい熱くなります。 テーブルの材質によってはダメージがでるかもしれないので注意した方が良いかもしれません。 付属のマグカップは作りも普通に良い感じで、下の方が広がっており安定感があって良いですね。 すぐに飲むのでしたら最近の真空2重構造のカップもかなり冷めにくいですが、こちらは冷めても加熱でき、一定温度をキープ出来るのは良いですね。 注意する事はありますが、いつでも熱々が飲みたい場合は良い商品かと思います。 ただ、取説が英語とドイツ語のみなのでその点は残念です。
