Are the solutions enough for a 58l tank or would i need to buy more?

I have a 10 litre tank and it the quick star is 2 tsp per 38l, and the Stress Start is 5ml per 40l or 20 drops per 10l. so with the size of your tank a few water changes after initial set up both bottles hold 30ml.

Do i need this to add to the water of a sensory bubble change colour lamp with plastic fish??
