The Good: Excellent and clear sound quality for calls, strong and durable build quality, and overall a good choice for senior citizens just looking to make calls. The Bad: The modern keypad lacks the comfortable feel of classic Nokia phones, making typing difficult. It is highly frustrating to type in Tamil, making it very difficult for an older user to create and save contacts in their native language (unlike older, more user-friendly Nokia models

Defective unit - No network detected from day one
I purchased the Nokia 105 on 22 April 2026, but unfortunately, the device is defective. From the first use, the phone does not detect any network after inserting the SIM. I performed multiple checks: Tested with Airtel SIM (2G supported) Same SIM works perfectly in smartphones Same SIM works in another Nokia 105 device I already own Tried multiple SIM cards and performed reset Despite all this, the phone shows no network signal. I also contacted Nokia support, and they confirmed that for such cases, the product should be replaced through the point of purchase within the replacement window. but the Amazon does not provide the replace option any more. please do not buy any product from the Amazon anymore. Very disappointing experience, especially for a basic phone where network connectivity is the primary function. I would advise others to: Check the device immediately after delivery Avoid this seller if similar issues are reported Replacement/refund process has been difficult despite clear defect, which is disappointing.
