I WENT BY THE OTHER REVIEWS AND BOY I SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT I WAS TRYING TO FIND A SOFTER COLBY A LITTLE CREAMY AND THIS IS THE HARDEST DRYEST CHEESE I HAVE EVER EATEN. NOT A FAN!

This product arrived cold, before the time frame given, and the team at Shullsburg creamery are amazing. I love Colby cheese and so does my dad. I ordered 1lb for my dad. I tasted the cheese and ordered 2lbs myself. This is the absolute best Colby cheese I have ever tasted. It is rich and very creamy. I am overly excited about this company and their cheese products. I hope anyone who sees this review orders from them. Shullsburg your cheese and your team are AMAZING! THANK YOU!!!!

Good Cheese, way overpriced
A mild cheese with a smooth, creamy texture. Melts well. We live in dairy land, so we can get good Colby Cheese at any supermarket, but we bought this brand in our search of a more mature, stronger flavored cheese with a slightly crumbly texture. And YES, we know the cheese of our quest exists, having had it many times in our distant youth. This is a good cheese, but the flavor and texture are not what we were after, and the cost was almost 4X what we pay for similar supermarket colby.

Schullsburg Cheese
I love colby/longhorn cheese but I cannot find it in any grocery store so I ordered some through Amazon. The one-pound block of Schullsburg colby cheese I ordered arrived well-wrapped, cold and on the date promised. I have previously ordered this cheese and was very please with the product, including the taste. The current block has not disappointed and I am very pleased with the entire transaction and the product.

Good cheese and service
It is hard to find real Colby cheese. I found it here and it is terrific. The shipment came as they said it would. Nice fresh cheese.
