I will never learn.Koreans can't make Keds. "It's OK - but not for me. Back in 70s and 80s they were all i wore.The "70s* uppers were good, soft cotton material that moved with the foot and the soles were flexible. I tried to bend the soles of these prior to putting on and they are like they are cast in stone, Moreover the heels are so shallow no matter how tight I tie them, my heel slips up and out. I don't blame Korea or Keds, I blame evolution and my narrow,"skeleton" foot.I went through life wearing size 6 Keds and Ferragamo dress shoes in a 6AAA with a quad A heel. Gravity and natural elongating of metatarsal has lengthened foot to a 7. I foolishly thought a 7-1/2 might be more comfortable with a cushy sock.If we ever wanted to solve our unemployment problem, we might consider making what used to be American shoes, in America for American feet. No, that won't work. We have non-American feet to think of! We have changed the tacky MADE IN CHINA to IMPORTED. Sounds so much classier. In clothing, does anyone know what "cotton rich" means? Does that mean if you are lucky, they may have used some cotton fibers in it?

I really like them but they seem kind of big. I ordered a size 8. I usually wear a size 8 or 8 1/2. There is still probably about a half inch at the top from my toe. I would have returned them but since they are a narrower shoe I thought if I went down a half size they would probably be too narrow for my foot. So, I am just going to keep them and hope they don't make my feet look big.

These are really adorable shoes that have held up well. They have the typical narrower style and fit of Keds, so if you are used to wearing, say, Converse, adjust accordingly, but my teen wore them on a school trip to Washington, D.C. and reported that they were extremely comfortable for all-day walking even when brand new.Since that trip, I've taken them over (as they were never worn again by my teen) and they are still super-comfortable even after a year of wear, and show no signs of fraying or pulling away from the sole (a Converse frustration with frequent wear).

Four stars due to the fact,they run big.They were flipping off when walking.I was going to send them back,but,I wanted them so badly to go with my matching polkadot shirt.I made it work by putting tissue at the top.Had to adjust,so it didn't feel uncomfortable.

Love these shoes. Because of the polka dots they are a step up from regular Keds. The length was perfect, the width a little wide, but my foot is narrow so that was not unexpected. As most Keds, they don't have the arch support as more expensive shoes, but then I don't wear them for exercise.

These shoes aren't for long treks where you need lots of arch support, but there is a modest amount of support and cushion and they are great for everyday wear. They are a neutral color that looks great with a range of outfits; I particularly like to wear them with skinny jeans. The heel slips a bit, so I personally prefer to wear them with socks. Overall, a great little inexpensive shoe that I am very pleased to own!

I purchased these Keds as birthday gift for my daughter. She'd seen them in a store and loved the look. Her only complaint was that they felt a little big around the ankle, but over all she loves them.

Very cute shoes! My daughter loves them and they fit perfect. I didn't give five stars because they didn't last as long as I would've thought keds would.
