IT WORKS!
This stuff is amazing. Like others have said the box was unbelievably light for the size of the tub. Tub has a nice tight seal so no worries of it drying out. On opening it looks like fresh whipped cream. Tried it out on a smaller patch first and couldn't believe how easy it is to use, goes on so smooth and how quick it dried. I also used it in layers for a channel that had been chiseled out for electrics, only took half a day to fill and sand ready for decorating. I honestly can't say enough about it. Definitely worth a try. I'll be buying again when the tub runs out!

Excellent Filler – Easy to Use and Great Value
I love Everbuild ONE2 One Strike Multi-Purpose Ready To Use Filler. It’s incredibly easy to use and sands down nicely, making finishing jobs quick and hassle-free. A quick stir in the tub before using it and it goes lovely and creamy, spreading smoothly with no effort. It fills well, dries nicely, and gives a great finish. An added bonus is that it’s available in larger quantities like this one, which works out much better value for money — ideal if you use filler regularly. Overall, a fantastic, reliable filler that I keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

Filler
A fine, putty-like filler. I am going to use this on my ageing exterior woodwork this month, and I will report back on how I found the product.

Deceptively good
Upon delivery, the other half was convinced I'd been had. As he picked up the box, he kept saying "this can't be the filler - the box feels empty!?!" Now, I knew from previous reviewers, that this happens a lot, so I just stood smugly by & watched him open the box. Ok, so large tub - he still isn't convinced. 'Are you sure this is ready mixed & not some powder or something?" he asks, whilst prying the lid off. He even stuck his finger in it just to check - he still couldn't believe that a 5 litre tub of product weighed so little. The proof was to be had the next day, when he would be able to use it to fill some gaps - I was out when he used it, but came back to find him admiring the finishes result & receive praise for finding something as good as it's competitor, but for half the price. To look at it, it looks like marshmallow fluff (for anyone familiar with that product) - it's light, almost fluffy in texture, like squirty cream, but it is easy to apply & work with & sets fine & apparently is just as hardwearing as the Poly brand. Don't be fooled by its soft, fluffy appearance - this is great stuff! In order to prevent it drying out, it is advisable to have a smaller tub to hand (unless you have a big job on that might require using most of this) to decant some into to use for working and keep the rest sealed with perhaps cling film or wax paper or something over the top of the product. Someone else suggested a slight misting of water, but depending on how often you use it, you may need to keep it well covered. But, even if you find it has gone hard, given the price, it's not going to cost the earth to buy more of this. So glad we found this as I could see we would have easily used 3 tubs of Polyfiller just for that one job, but this one tub cost a fraction of the price & did the job just as well & we have plenty left for his next job. Would totally recommend this product to anyone who does any DIY stuff & professionals alike.

Expensive but very good
Very easy to apply and far better than the thicker fillers I've used, this is very light and spreads nicely, being light it is easy to sand down to a smooth finish. Have ordered again for next project.

No.1 filler
This stuff is simply fantastic. I thought the tub was empty when I first felt it but there is plenty filler it goes far and is amazing quality. Highly recommended. I am a complete amateur, very easy to apply, dries quickly and fills deep holes well. I personally think it is a very good price.

I’m more than impressed with this filler!
I needed a filler to repair a few hairline cracks in my garden room ceiling. A few weeks before hand I’d used a well known gypsum-based filler, but the cracks soon reappeared. So, I decided to order myself a 450ml tub of ‘One Strike’ and found the product so easy to use. I simply prised off the lid, gave it a good mix, then transferred what I needed to a small shallow plastic dish. Some reviewers have suggested that it goes off quickly but I had no such issues, however, if it does start to dry you simply add a few drops of water to bring it back to the correct consistency. This filler is very light, and very smooth, so is a joy to use. I initially raked out the hairline crack with a multi-purpose painter’s scraper, vacuumed any dust out of the channel, then used a flexible filler knife to apply a generous amount of One Strike to the area. I let the filler dry out for an hour (because I’m a belt and braces type of guy) then sanded and painted the area with white emulsion - and the job’s a good one! By the way, I only ended up using about 20% of the filler in my tub. It’s worth mentioning that it’s now been a few weeks since I used One Strike on those cracks and it’s as though they were never there - so mission accomplished. Due to my positive experience of using One Strike, it’s a product I’m happy to recommend.

Don't leave the lid off
A great product but the tub and lid is flimsy material which hardens the top of the product if the lid isn't on properly
