This are great every home should have one not just for campervans
The ecoflow has been brilliant, husband wanted one for a long time and I just couldn't get why, we charge up in the day on his solar panels he has in the garden ( he will be sorting me a better link up so I don't have to keep taking this to the panels as I find it a bit back breaking to lift) and hopefully he will sort me a charging point somewhere in the house, it has seen us through a few power cuts in out tiny village in the short time we have had it, keeping up on line and able to watch YouTube lol, it runs really quietly and has so many uses, wish I had some smaller ones I could use in the kitchen and definitely wish I had one for my cpap machine the times I have woken up in the night with my air cut off and I'm suffocating because once the power goes off so does my air supply I wake with my mask suctioned to my face and choking because I can't remove it, so maybe 1 day I will be able to afford another small version to run my machine.

Powerful portable inverter/battery
I mainly got this to pair it with the powerstream, and it works as advertised and reduces my electricity bills. Although it comes with a hefty price tag I haave got it on a sale .. still the ROI will be at 5+ years but I am happy with the product itself. Portable solar generator with modern LFP battery technology with over 3000 cycles available, it can be completely discharged and recharged every day for 10 years and even then it’s only down to 80 percent capacity. . 2kw capacity and will work up to 3.5kw using X Boost; It can handle start up spikes up to 4.8kw, has full Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, it is expandable up to over 6kw, 2x 100w USBC ports, 4x USB A with two of those fast charge, 4x UK AC outlets. Someday I might take this on a camping as advertised if I will get a caravan, these days its sitting in my powered garden shed and providing electricity to my house.

Good - but be aware you're not supposed to store it fully charged.
I've had my Delta 2 Max for nearly one year now, and we've used it to power our fridge and freezer for a few hours when the electricity was out - half a dozen times so far. The fridge and freezer are low energy users and the read out on the Ecoflow suggests they could both be powered, non-stop, for some 60 plus hours if needed. Important when you have some expensive meds that need to be kept at fridge temperature. I've also checked by trying it, and I can, if necessary, recharge it easily with my Champion 3.6KW, dual fuel generator. Using the Ecoflow makes more sense than having the Champion on full-time, when the electricity is out, as the Champion would have to run constantly, it's noisy, and obviously it eats fuel/propane gas. The Ecoflow is very quiet. So a Champion genny and an Ecoflow combination make good partners, especially if you have a risk of days without electricity and need to recharge the Ecoflow It takes a couple of hours run time of the Champion to recharge the Ecoflow to 100%. We had 2 weeks with no electricity after Storm Arwen and that's why we bought the Champion genny initially. I've given it 4 stars, instead of 5 for a few reasons. The downsides? OK. Read the small print!! If like us, you are using the Ecoflow for emergencies only, you'll only use it occasionally. And there's the rub. You're not supposed to store the Ecoflow 100% charged, as that negatively affects the batteries, and voids the warranty. Instead, you have to store it at about 60% charged. So that 2000KwH you thought you'd have as a back-up is not there if you need the full 2 Kwh urgently. You've only got 60% - 1200KwH to hand immediately. Also, to keep the warranty and not void it, every 3 months you MUST fully discharge the Ecoflow, then immediately recharge it to 100%, and then discharge it to the 60% as described above. EVERY 3 MONTHS OR THE WARRANTY IS VOID. How will Ecoflow know whether I've followed this requirement you ask? Well, the battery has a memory on board, like a computer, and if you decide to use the helpful Ecoflow app (it's pretty good and helpful to monitor the ecoflow while you're away), then Ecoflow will also know the charge/recharge history of your device. Or, they'll know if you return it for a warranty claim. Would I recommend it? Yes, very much. It works great with a petrol/propane generator which is essential if you think you may have electricity outages for several days and you'll likely need to recharge the Ecoflow repeatedly. I know there are solar panel you can buy to recharge, and I've never used these, but I'd imagine that in the UK, in winter (when most outages occur) with short daylight and rain, etc., that might be a challenge.

One word, WOW!
After searching around for the last few months for the most suitable solar generator for our campervan conversion, we settled on the Ecoflow Delta 2 Max and what a fantastic choice it was. Hooked up to the Renogy, 200w solar panel, I’ve discovered that my Alpcool refrigerator will actually run for free. Even on a cloudy day, the solar panel pulls in about 30 - 40 watts (190 when the sun came out) and the Alpcool set on eco mode was drawing about the same amount. Refrigeration for free! On top of that the Life4 battery technology gives it a huge lifespan……With over 3000 cycles available, it can be completely discharged and recharged every day for 10 years and even then it’s only down to 80 percent capacity. No other manufacturer comes even close to this when using standard lithium (try Jackery with 800 cycles!). It has so many features……. Over 2 kw capacity and will work up to 3.5kw using X Boost. It can handle start up spikes up to 4.8kw, has full Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, it is expandable up to over 6kw, 2x 100w USBC ports, 4x USB A with two of those fast charge, 4x UK AC outlets, 5 year warranty etc….. My only criticism is that Ecoflow should have fitted the top with a wireless charging pad for mobile phones. That’s all. One last thing, the elephant in the room, at nearly £1900 it’s not cheap but you get so much more with this unit. Buy once, buy this…

Poor customer service. Avoid
Poor customer service. It took three weeks to be delivered. It was faulty, not showing AC output and giving the wrong time estimate for charging. I contacted customer support, but they could not answer simple questions on one go, had to ask multiple times. Finally, a pickup date was scheduled. I was told that someone needed to be home, so I took a day off from work and stayed home for the pickup. I wasted the whole day. There was no pickup.

Portable and versatile.
Purchased for use in campervan that we are converting. As not yet completed tested in the house to see ability and capacity. Easily powered the 2000w induction hob purchased for the van with little drain in power for short time required. Then tried 1000w microwave, again no problem and little drain on supply. Finally trialled on oil fired central heating to see how well it would cope during a power cut. Ran system for 5 hours and still only dropped to 30%. Quick recharge to full power using mains electric. Light enough to move around house very pleased with purchase and impressed with product.

lovely people to deal with
this is a comment about the support team; I bought the ecoflow delta 2 max and the 800w panels; I had a few set up questions, and the ecoflow team were proactive with assistance; they went above and beyond my expectations; lovely people to deal with; edit: this is great kit, and the software is well designed; i have made a frame from unistrut, (see picture - not finished) and connected it up at a remote site; with a data sim running from the 12v power socket (more efficient) and cameras running via the 230v inverter outlet; to run the Ecoflow unit without a mains connection, you don't need the Powerstream unit, but you do need a cable (link to follow) to plug each solar panel to the Ecostream; update: the remote operation has been successful throughout November and December, operating a camera and sim router (RUT950) without needing a top up; the specs show that it will not recharge when below 0 degrees, which seems to be the case, sunny, but minus six degrees in the shade; Charging temperature0°C - 45°C (32°F - 113°F)

Works well
Works well! Now, I am prepared for electricity problems that I am worried will become a more common problem in the future.

Super achat.
